I love the sinister guitar riff that changes to the bass-drum funk for the verse, and blossoms into the chorus. Then Kanami's solo soars before it gets weird. Everybody drops out so Saiki can semi-recite the next line before the last verse. One of my favorites, and one of the first few songs Kanami wrote that got unleashed on the world.
Nicely expressed ! gives me more appreciation of it all .

St. Andrews Hall was my very first Band-Maid Okyuji and I could not have been more ... Mind - Blown - Far beyond my expectations.
'Unfair Game', 'Glory', and 'Balance' made their first and perhaps only appearance on the Tenth Anniversary Tour. I could not believe my great fortune to have witnessed this. Seeing Kanami play the solo in 'Daydreaming' was phenomenal.
I too was at this show seeing the “Maids” for the first time. I’ve seen many big name bands in my 58 years including seeing Rush 13 times but this show topped them all which is why Band-Maid is now my all time favorite rock band until I take my last breath! What a fuckin band!
When they started playing this i yelled out loud, " They NEVER play this live ! " My friend laughed and yelled back, " Well they are NOW ! " This song and Balance made a great evening even better. Being the first US venue to get 22 songs was a sweet surprise also .
I love this song, side B of Yolo when Band-Maid wrote their own songs. So creative
Quality of fancams these days is so much better than what it was 4-5 years ago and of course now with every member starting to unleash their full potential, sound so good. It only gets better for sure. Thanks, mtp!

Days before the concert I had received the 'YOLO' single. 'YOLO' itself is on 'Just Bring It', but I wanted the single because 'Unfair game' and 'matchless GUM' are the B-sides and unavailable on any other albums. Those two songs are... amazing. ( Well, Duh. Aren't all Band-Maid songs amazing? )

This song has one of the longest solo from Kanami in a singed song.
Second song of the night in Detroit (finally a home-game for me on Band-Maid show #6) was glory...far from my favorite but damn was it full-on energy live. Then we got the first US live performance of Balance. I thought, this was a good night! Then....it took me a second, my brain knew but didn't want to actually process the fact they were playing Unfair Game. I didn't want to take any pics or record any videos that night, St. Andrews was packed (my daughter, her fiance and my friend who came with me all are St. Andrews veterans and they each said they had never seen so many people there) and it was LOUD as well but, it was Unfair fucking Game. By the time I got my phone out, focused, etc., it was basically at the solo lol. Flustered by a B-side haha, especially after having heard the A-side earlier in the show. You are bang-on, we were LUCKY to be there!!! But I should've known something was up while waiting in line for the Nashville show on Sunday evening. The GA lineup was closest to the building and we were directly in front of the door that looks right at the stage while they were doing sound-check. What did I hear them playing? Unfair fucking game!
Dammit, I screwed up the A-side for Unfair Game. Hide-and-seek (also fabulous) is glory B-side. I feel shame.
My reaction was quite similar. When I finally realized what they were playing, I yelled out " UNFAIR GAME ?? They NEVER play this live ! " I kinda went into fanboy mode...oopsy !

You can tell the level of this song Because Miku hardly has any singing concentrate on her playing in this one.

If they had never let Kanami write the songs, we might still get good songs like Freezer,Thriller, Shake That and Real Existence. But we would never have had truly awesome songs like this one.
