I really appreciate you making this video, my Japanese is slowly getting better and having meaning + Japanese is helping for me to slowly acquire more and more of it over time. This is one of my favorite Nightmare songs and understanding it made it even more precious to me.

Thank you for requesting this song, it's one of my favorites. I was looking for the lyric video of it on youtube search but couldn't find anything with decent quality and lyrics and was disappointed. But when I searched on google, I was happy to find anthrax's video. I've always loved this song but I really enjoyed finally understanding what it meant.

It sure is. I think they both have their merits but I'm almost always leaning towards their earlier recordings as of late. There's just that sound you can't really find anywhere else 🙂
@@Anthrax904 totally get that. With Love Tripper I personally wasn't all that into it until I heard the refined edition. Then I was into it more and used this one to learn the lyrics I definitely love seeing newer recordings or performances of songs. There's such a massive difference in voice yet I love it all. Even 2011 Yaen is different than 2002 Yaen yk.
@@Anthrax904 Rn what I'm really looking for is a video of M~aria being performed at the Awakening of Clowns concert I NEED to hear 2016 Yomi play their indie songs Well overall I need that whole concert as a whole but alas Japan and their region 2 DVD's don't work on american DVD players
@@chrisXlr8r I hear ya. It's just lovely to hear the progression they've made over the years and how they've evolved and matured as a band. It's really a testament to how far they've come 🙂

Back in 2016 when I first heard the change I was so taken aback from only listening from pre-2010 and suddenly hearing 2016 Yomi I was like "tf is this". Now I definitely appreciate it though and the Not The End concert has become one of my favorites Turns out most people can't really hear the difference between 2005 and 2016 Yomi unless they've been exposed to one side almost exclusively for a while. I've tested this and despite the change being so beautifully jarring to me I'm amazed how some can't hear it
@@chrisXlr8r I was referring to Spanish subs. This is the only channel that shows English sub which was why I'm happy another video got posted lol Also, one channel that got deleted still has Spanish sub vids on vimeo unless Vimeo deletes that channel too. Can't remember the name of the channel

chris Xlr8r you probably see the clips that remain so far. Many of subbed videos were taken down. I’m happy that this channel is still alive haha
