Awesome job! I started on semaglutide on June 1 have currently lost 30 pounds and have 20 left to go! I am currently on 2.4 mg and feeling pretty great :) And for the first time I know I’ve got this…you are so right high protein and high water intake is the only way to go 👍

I was 190 when I got pregnant. So no sadly. I haven't weighed less than that in a long time. But YES! I swear by the whole water thing. It helps it work better. I H A T E D drinking water. I loved the liquid IVs. But I heard that venture pal is better cause it has more electrolytes and no sugar. They taste good too

Hi! I did have hair loss, but I also had just had a baby, so I don't know how to compare it to not having a baby because I was expecting postpartum hair loss. I know that with any substantial weight loss, hair loss can follow. 🙂

Thank you so much for your prompt replies. I am drinking a sugar-free liquid IV. I’m pretty happy with my progress. You may think I’m nuts but I have been trying to lose 10 pounds to no avail. I’m now down to 122 I’m 5 2. Would love to lose the last two. still on the first dosage. It has been eight weeks lost five the first week.
