I hope that MC gives the spotlight to some underrated homecooks like Matthew, Jenny, Jennifer (Season 2) etc. Cause theres so many other likeable contestants

I LOVED Matthew. Jennifer was actually my favorite contestant that season- kinda annoyed me how much others poked at her just because she was super energetic

I think everyone past season 1 was likeable in their own way and had some great moments, I disliked every person from season 1 except Eric and Mike (I think that was his name)

Mai was a f*cking beast in both her seasons, which is why I was so p*ssed when she lost against Thea of all people in her OG season. No hate against Thea tho.

When I was in college in Singapore, there were a lot of Vietnamese Students at there and when the teacher was doing absency, he was confused to see that most of their last name is Nguyen and he even asked: "Are you guys related?" And they all said "No!"

@@rdu239 marida made an italian stew, glazed monkfish which isn't specifically indian, her razor clam fish was more like ceviche, and while it failed in execution, she also made truffles. And that's not including the episodes where they didn't look at her dishes.
Also work in a city that has a lot of viet people. She has similar phenotypes.

Even Though Mai Was Eliminated In The Quaterfinals Pressure Test, She Was An Amazing And Talented Homecook With Passion For Cooking... Because At 28 Years Old, Mai Represented Her Beloved Country Of Vietnam With Flying Colors. !She Was An Interesting Homecook To Watch Out For! When I Heard That Mai Was Going To Return To Masterchef Canada In The 7th Season For A 2nd Opportunity At The Age Of 32, I Was Feeling Very Excited To See Her Return To The Competition. What I Was Not Expecting Is Her Becoming An Expert Of Cooking Delicious Dumplings, And Showing The Judges Her Skills While Making Dumplings. !She Definitely Earned My Respect And Soul! She Returned To The Masterchef Canada Kitchen As An Absolute Savage, And As The Queen Of Making Dumplings.
Mai's an eye candy.. and I think she's of Vietnamese descent who probably grew up in the West and got her education there. I myself too, is a Southeast Asian and still think she's hella 🔥.. Well, I guess my taste is fine.. 😂. By the way, I'm a Malaysian Chinese and that's just a great feeling.

don't be upset if in Bucharest if it's a restaurant I stay in a hotel instead Nobody washes their hands Nobody wears hair protection instead or a mask for men's beards I didn't see anyone wearing anything protection anything in the kitchen nothing very a lot But it works I saw and onions How to wash we clean a lot but for me It's very very for me very doubtful I understood that it's a different mentality I another civilization in time to work in a restaurant in the kitchen you have to have protection 1 you wash on hands 2 hair protection 3 apron apron towels gloves or you have to constantly wash your hands This is hygienic that in no two quotes On none I saw this for me bitter taste to say straight I to work in restaurant or you never refused at the hotel
