Hi Mario, any thoughts on how you can achieve these same results when you are required to deliver/work in stems where the sum of the stems needs to be identical to the full mix? Thanks
Never heard of prime studios plugins until this - very interesting, having a "trim" plugin with character. Too bad that one is no longer available - I think its a fantastic idea. There are tons of saturators out there, but a trim plugin for mastering designed specifically for gain staging the chain (replete with subtle non linearities or a simulated tube amp stage for example) is a great idea for a plugin I am very interested in plugins which take advantage of Acustica Audio's sampling technology - and just whenIi thought I knew of them all, viola! Prime studios is revelated to me. Interesting stuff indeed
So on the shadow hills it is automatically set to 91 hz. So all you have to do is turn on the SC. You are able to then move it to any frequency after if you’d like. I keep mine at 91 fairly often.
Avoid stereo imaging on the whole mix bro because you may cancel out the sub/bass its better to use m/s eq or comp or saturation just a good advise of 20 yeara of audio experience
Leapwing Stageone is probably the best plugin option to supplement what Fusion does. It doesn’t hollow out mid like the S1, it just adds information to the sides.
Please don't stereo widen your whole mix guys with one of those plugins. There's better ways of getting that width with proper panning and placement of sounds, etc, etc. You can potentially end up with a weak sounding mix that doesn't translate well on big system, especially more clubby type music on a mono club system. Will sound great on headphones but I try and avoid it as much as possible (Yes I do speak from experience and did this a lot in the past)
Pretty groovy track!
Excelente !
Fantastic

@@thelovejoint did you have to change you aquarius login?
Im a big AA guy and I’m scared of logging out of Aquarius
@@Rhuggins Yes, you need to use a separate account for that (with a different e-mail). I had no problems switching between them.
Hi Mario, do you prefer to set ut your mix bus before you start mixing or at the end of the mix?
I’ll set up some of it. Probably about the first half of it in the beginning. Then tweak it as I get closer to the end of the mix.
@@MarioBorgatta ok thanks!
Sounds great but whats left for your mastering guy?
BRAVO!
I think you need to to set the HP Sidechain Filter on the bottom panel to select a frequency.

really nice!
Sound smooth and punchy 👍
Well 👍 Done 💯 Man👍 Well 🎵 Done
I appreciate you bro..
so, you start mixing without Mix Buss compression right?
I do but very lightly. Then tweak at the end.
@@MarioBorgatta ok Grazie mille!
I don't understand what's going on but I kinda like the beat🎉
Nice.
wow such wow
thank you’ could you make this demo with music?
New York isn't the mix area !
Before and after sounded different. I’m not sure how that means one is automatically better.

You won’t run into this same issue with the Fusion. The S1 is just for giving people and idea of what is going on. Also used very lightly
