'Giidanyba: The Moon Man' (Gumbaynggirr with English Subtitles)

Giidanyba is a dreamtime story from the Gumbaynggirr nation of the Mid North Coast of NSW, told in the medium of sand by artists John Thiering and Brentyn Lugnan. This version is narrated in Gumbaynggirr with English subtitles. It tells the story of Giidanyba (The Moon Man) and his journey upriver to engage in a battle with a neighbouring tribe and the consequences. It was produced by The Saltwater Freshwater Arts Alliance Aboriginal Corporation in 2021.
