How am I? Not good. I asked experts that I wanted RO DBT and they didn’t care. I tried to get into the only place that had RO DBT I could find, and they didn't accept me. I said I had suicidality in a way that matches OC's description and I couldn't find any other program with RO DBT. They didn't care about me. They just saw me as a liability.

I’m so sorry to hear about your struggles getting help and specifically finding RO DBT. Have you looked on the referral page from the RO DBT website? Maybe someone can even provide services remotely.

@@jennifermayph.d.2761 thanks so much for responding. I have tried to get in touch with someone in my area. Was worried about doing it remotely as most of my interactions are already online. Thought in person would be more effective. Though, have inquired about groups, but stuff fell through for one reason or another. I have an appointment soon to get my assessments for personality disorders online from out of the country. I think I know the results. Unfortunately, I got assessed in the US, but they dismissed the results and gave me a diagnosis they formed before ever seeing me. Hopefully, I'll get some guidance.
Honestly based on the tests online there really aren't experts to treat this PD. Looked. The ones who write about it haven't been much help. Seems cluster b is really all people focus on in the US, and that means mostly DBT by default
