Don’t be afraid of failure. It shows you’re human. This life is anything but perfect. So failure teaches you there’s room to grow and become better. With every shortcoming, we can learn something. Remember, your mistakes don’t define you. The truth is they teach you✍️

being in the wrong place at the wrong time can be a downfall sometimes, I remember the days of recession very hard but with your experience ITV If you believe and pursue you can still revive from your experience. The mindset of calculating overtime work hard earn less no it is work less hours earn more. UK is very versatile. This is an example of how sometimes we should expand our network from our own communities, sometimes our potentials can be limited as a result.

For your information. In England you can earn £35 per hour just normal shift with no unsociable hours but unsociable hours for example nights and Saturday it’s higher also on Sundays it a different amount
We are only allowed certain hours for safety reasons

Very wise man. He makes a very reasonable comparison of the U.K. and the US but like he said, your individual circumstances determine a lot. In the end, you make your own luck with your effort. Also look at the bottom line and not just the headline pay numbers. Ask these guys to break down their pay and the totals they get to keep after securing living expenses.
