you running dx 11 or 12? 12 is known for some fps loss, and them changing the default version to launch to dx 12 may be the problem, dx 11 is better in terms of performance, but i also noticed FSR or DLSS also could help, rig dependent of course
@@gamingavalon8784 Gonna try changing to 11 later trying the mods to see witch ones broke
such a good game i would recommend it to anyone
Thanks for the video ! I don't have the DLC yet but seeing what I saw in your video I'm worried about the work it will be to make these maps with the AI as companions
This DLC just isn’t worth being called “home invasion” when only one map is actually a Home Invasion situation. Was really hoping for 5 home invasion maps with 1-5 suspects. 3 maps with some reused assets in the cosmetics for $10 is just not worth it considering the weapons are free.
Dude, you always make the most incredible videos. Thank you for this update video!
Personally if that dude shot me I wouldn’t be using a taser after that
You know what they need to add to Ready or Not?
Civilians being used as human shiels, just imagine suspect holding a gun to his victim's head, and he may pull the trigger if you go inside too fast, sloppy, loud or miss that first shot or wait for too long and there could be even more crazy suspects, that would grab a hostage, hide behind him and just back out, while shooting at you all while moving and screaming. That would be insane.
What are you talking about?
Suspects are already using civilians as shield since release. They kill the civillian if you get too close
That's actually already in the game! It is a rare occurrence (Only happened like three times to me IIRC), but it happens! Though they should make it more common IMO
11:08 you can see it
I think the fuck part is I have to erase my old campaign to load the new dlc. This means I have to go through all 20 missions again
Hey
Before the dlc I ran my game in high config 60frames in this new update, it can't barely go on 60, that's stressing
@@fgrplay3693 my condolences
@@fgrplay3693 had same problem, video "Ready Or Not - UE5 Update How to FIX FPS Issues and Resolution Scaling not Applying" by "Jrminate" fixed it for me, recommend doing until devs fix it
I hope the optimization will get better. I have rtx 3050 and before update I had 120+ fps and now I barely have 60+ fps 😢
really love the update so far me and my buddy managed to S rank dorms already by the grace of the gods lol
Looks really cool, wish I could play it. I have a 14th gen intel cpu, many games do not work right now :(
thanks for this video , do you know why IN GAME MENU dont work after patch?

Not being able to play the maps in single player is absurd.
practice mode
Yes, absolutely can´t comprehend!
@@slejzr No Teammates
@@Calhounlaw12 there are teammates in practice mode
Ahhh yes, that's not about broken with new patch optimization, that's our PCs
Bought the dlc. Hadn’t played in a while but I think the game has improved quite a bit.
Ready or not plays perfect.
Now with the DLC, when i'm in the menu and i choose "continue", or "new game"
The game loads until "100%", and then..............nothing.
It crashes, and i'm back at my desktop screen.
did you remove all your mods? / try using another launch option
@@slejzr Right now during the writing of this comment, i'm doing a fully clean install.
So no costum settings or mods.
So fingers crossed.
@@slejzr I have a update.
So far i never did finish all the missions in the regulair game.
In the regulair "Ready or not" im at the "Neon" level.
So when i want to continue my game using in "home invasion" the game crashes.
But i'm able to start a complete new game, without my prior progression.
But i'm ok with that, as long as everything works from from here with the DLC.
@@opoxious1592 Yeah a lot of people said you have to make a new save
The achievement where you gotta beat the level in 5 minutes is impossible, im waiting for a mod that makes it easy. 💅
I hope they can enable a 10-man team with the AI. That would be so coooll
so none of the AI updates or graphic updates or new stuff carry into the commander mode? That is a bit of a bummer if so.
They do but the maps and balaclava dont
Now that we have the flux i wish we could have a 320 as a side arm. Its kind of used a lot now.
When I loaded up the game after the dlc and update dropped the first thing I thought was “now it feels like this game is out of control early access”
Me and my buddy played Narcos today and it was the hardest thing we done in the game with just a 2 man squad.
the vine cult map was way harder for me and bro but it depends on the suspect spawn right
@@slejzrI only found the cult map hard because it was creepy af, but it was pretty easy if you moved slowly, used free lean to peek the small foot holes etc
I have a question, how do you disabled those black fades around the screen?
I think it's in-game menu?
@@OfficialInvictus My bad, i was with gas mask all the time, thats why i got vignette lmao.
Loving the new DLC, 3 maps but damn it's tough as shit. And the graphics overhaul is great.
Thoughts on the update in terms of optimization in 30 series cards(unless you consider that "older hardware")? I see a lot, In including me, having issues with frame rates and loading times.
flux smg looks like pp-2000 from OG cod mw
This is way easier than clearing uni dorms in Algeria
The mansion map had me tweaking cause theres just so many doors and open areas. Even walking up to the house I was waiting to just get domed. Also love the deus ex background music. Been itching to replay them.
Isit true you can’t play this solo only multiplayer ?
You can play it in Practice mode, just not in Commander mode
Why?!?@@imembridibuddha
@@jubeithesilent01 i guess they will add it later like the baclavas which are currently only for multiplayer

Yeah certain mods i have installed from this channel no longer works in the new update…
yeah took me the hard way to find out.... I had to wipe my whole save file of my progress. DO none of your mods work? ive tried everything and my mods dont work
I wish they added more scopes too! I love the new guns but the options for customizations are extremely lacking
50 MINUTES??? I clear dorms like 12 minutes solo, just using AI to cover doorways behind me. And matter fact, the more it takes you to clear, the more agressive and roamy they become. Not showing off here but in this game you don't want to hesitate, it'll kill you unlike irl. Threw grenade > push. Know that the suspect is onto someone else and already shooting > push and etc. You guys being too smart for this game
@@ultrahardf
Nah. It's called deliberate clearance. We do realistic clearing. Cod clears aren't fun.
@@OfficialInvictus that "cod clears" you got me man 🤣. Anyways you just entered and almost made a fatal mistake
@@ultrahardf
I think you're completely missing the point of what we are trying to accomplish.
I play with a group where we attempt to emulate realistic CQB. It's called combat clearance where we limit bodies in hallways and only use the number of bodies necessary to safely clear a room with minimal causalities.
This is real life CQB doctrine shit here. I'd rather clear a map in 50 minutes doing real life methodical clearing than spend 12 minutes running around.
You're not skillful just because you beat the time of a UA-camr with SWAT AI. I've done faster clears for fun. I did Dorms in 5 minutes to get the achievement with 6 dudes and it took us like two attempts. There's video on it as well.
Think before you comment, because you sound silly as fuck.
@@OfficialInvictus oh getting aggressive here. Sorry for hurting your feelings. I saw what you're doing but just meant that slowest ever pace doesn't really work in RoN only punishes you that's it man
@@ultrahardf
You're not hurting anyone's feelings. You just sound ignorant.
I understand the RoN mechanics, but that's not how we play. Unless we are conducting HR, we typically don't move very fast. It's situational. Imagine going into a building for the first time without knowing the layout and just rushing into everything. That's not how they do it in real life unless there's a hostage or active shooter.
Need to update the officer models (to look like Ghost Recon models) and this game will be untouchable.
Story wise the police force is under budget so they don’t have a lot of power
So when can we get real teammates and swat ai together on a mission?
Do I need to beat the shipping container mission to play it
hey bro i was just curious if you were ever going to gives us a settings guide of your setup?
I purchased the DLC but I’m having trouble accessing it. Where do you go to access the new missions?
practice mode and on mission select screen theres a new tab at the top
I think the reason for the big maps with not enough men is part of the story because the police are understaffed.
That still no excuse for shitty map design and only a five man squad either give us a system that increases our squad or redesign the maps for the small squad in mind
@@WilliamSmith-jr5wuI personally feel that would be unrealistic as real life isn’t always fair. If you were a cop in a under staffed unit, you would enter most situations out manned
That doesn’t mean it’s ok to give me only 5 people against more than 20 people with aimbot that can shoot us from across the map I understand that what I said in my last comment isn’t REALISTIC, but this a video game there needs to be a compromise in order for the game to work regardless of how realistic you want it to be. SWAT 4 mostly understood this and that game was great.the point I’m trying to say is even if you want the game to feel realistic there still needs to be limits for it work. like if your giving me a squad of only 4 or 5 guys up against more than 10 suspects that can perfectly hit me from across the map while running at full speed in a map that mostly wide open areas with little to no cover that is TERRIBLE GAME DESIGN.
50 minutes for Dorms?! I just got S rank in 16min 57 seconds with AI team mates (love that you can see time and grade now btw).
That is faster than I did on any other map from the main game.
I would say Dorms is very small compared to the main game maps.
At least my game runs completely fine performance-wise after the patch.
Is this game still worth playing online and offline today?
Did anyone loose their unlocks with the new update?
