Won't exactly help with the challenge but have you ever done the thing where you just stay on the DLR train at Bank? It pulls forward for like 20 seconds then goes back on itself to go into the other platform. You get to see the end of the tunnel and get to pull into bank from the other direction. Can't tell in the video but theres a chance you got off the train and then crossed over to the other platform and ended up getting on the exact same train. Never seen anybody mention doing this but I have and i think its a little quirky thing to tick off and only takes 5 mins.
What camera do you use for recording? Just because I’m interested in getting a camera for trainspotting and I’m also inspired by your content and want to make similar in yours / Geoffs style.
I did it with a bunch of my friends a few months back but I think due to the amount of people we wouldn't be able to get on the leaderboard. that being said we did it in about 2:06:00 just beating Geoff Marshall!
4:20 You should have gotten thst train and change at Westferry (anywhere between Shadwell and Westferry but Westferry probably quietest) just incase a train came in from Tower Gateway heading to Woolwich Arsn'l Same with the Bank train at Woolwich Arsn'l - alight at Canning Town (i dont know if trains go to Stratford Int'l from other directions but worth a shot). Same at Stratford Int'l - walk to S'ford would be faster? 7:50 why you touching out? dont need to use those unless you cone from the exit that doesnt have a gateline 8:47 i swear every single person gets a very quick changeover from the stratford line to the bank-lewisham line 9:46 cracked phone screen 10:00 im like the only person who hates tea and coffee 😢 10:30 unfortunately youtube web on mobile is the buggiest thing on earth and therefore doesnt show a video, do you think you could put a random thumbnail (that idscovered by the auto-suggestion if it appears) in that spot, or too much work to figure out where the spot is?
Oh, it's a bit of a makeshift and uncommon way of making animated maps- it takes a long time- but it was done on Keynote *not reccommended* If you are looking for proper ways of making these maps, I advise you to ask someone who uses a proper program.
i love the spots they make you so colorful and wonderful it makes you stands out from the others ✨

Also if its allowed then get a TfL hire bike between bank and tower gateway for the challenge
Well done for the challenge, how about doing the overground challenge one day
It may not have been the time you hoped for but you still did good…

Same i use to have like 8 trains going passed my house but now i only see 2
Has anyone else tried out this challenge? I'm still trying to get myself on the leaderboard but I will eventually get there :)
My friend TamworthTheOfficial has and he got 27th on the leaderboard
