Hello, you will have to provide expected scores. Your school can provide this certificate based on your 12th performance till that time. And, your application will be evaluate based on your expected score plus previous scores - 11th, 10th and so on. If you are accepted they will look at the final scores that come in later but mostly to be sure you are maintaining a similar level of achievement.

However, these collages's acceptance rate is quite low. So, if you are looking for high acceptance you have to consider an average ranking collage with high acceptance. Likewise based on your condition you have to consider your best.
Yes, you can go. There are a couple of universities who accept average or low grades. But you have to finance your whole education. There will be no chance for scholarship.

Yes, you can go. There are a couple of universities who accept average or low grades. But you have to finance your whole education.
