Can't play guitar yet but because of covid have bought 10 guitars, mostly Harley Bentons and the 446 is my latest. Don't know anything about guitars, but I like how it sounds and that is enough for me. Thank you for confirming it is good.
Fantastic! Of course they are cheaper per guitar when you buy 2 from Thomann sooo... I had to pick up the ST-20HH Active SBK as well. 🤣 HB is amazing! and both of these guitars are awesome. The paint on the blood metallic is like a corvette. Thanks for sharing!
A realy great looking and sounding guitar in a fantastic shade of Red. And a great neck, the wider and slimmer a neck is the better it is for me, i can't stand Fenders thick narrow necks. And for once the ceramic pickups sound good, but i would be changing them to alnico for more body to the sound. My fingers are itching to buy one. Thanks for another great demo Jon, and for a change a guitar that i would buy.🙂❤👍

The first real guitar bought for me by my parents (rip) after much hard work was a black Gibson les Paul custom, fretless wonder (which being the idiot I am I sold years ago 😭) it cost £364. You couldn't buy a guitar like this HB in those days for this kind of money. Kids today don't know they're born.
I just bought one exact same model but my emg pick ups are open no cover on them love that guitar and it stays in tune and also mine is the neck thru design not a bolt on
They are generally good guitars for the price. It's another story when trying to sell. You have to give it away for next to nothing. Still have my Sc550 paradise flame. Incredible guitar for the price but now stuck with it as I have upgraded.
Nice video, I was looking for guitar like this. But Is it good for playing rock/metal riffs and solos? is it's tuning consistent? And is it's hard to replace strings on this?
Very cool playing, I also liked the unique tone to it. Jon I've read curved fretboards are good for rhythm because it's easy to get notes playing without a lot of pressure, and also read, flat fretboards are easier to get single notes right. In your case, how would you explain your experience for flat fretboards? :). Is it because you are just not used to that flat fretboards?
I tend to prefer cleaner tones, but I thought this guitar excelled in the higher gain/distorted tones (as a guitar like this should). I wasn’t crazy about the clean tones, but as usual, you made it sound as good as it ever could!

The strings are not centered on the neck and the pickups are not centered with the strings. This is a problem for HB and it doesn't make sense because they pay attention to everything else.

This is a really strange one... The shape screams Metal, so does the thin neck... But then the radius is 15.75, which by itself isn't bad at all, but compound would have been the way to go here... Also shame the neck is unfinished wood. If it would also have been painted red, it would have been so cool.
I know I’m alone in this camp. But it really sucks that all Harley Benton is is literally bootleg copies of stablished brands. This is a shameless Ibanez copy. Guitars that spend decades creating a name for themselves now have to accept that Harley Benton just thinks “oh I’ll do that too” without any repercussion.

Les deux sont tout aussi bons. Ils ont d'excellents micros ... vous devez décider lesquels vous conviennent le mieux
