Idolm@ster is an old franchise, since 2005 the first production's (765) seiyuus are still on going. I think the only first seiyuu that was changed was Yukiho's seiyuu because she suffered harassment in work and left the industry
idolmaster's been around for 15 years, so she's been in the role for most all of her career. she was one of the first to announce that she married a guy and later had a baby.
The haan is not as great like the one in the studio version, also for some reason Idolmaster real idol counterparts don't have an elaborated coreography like the game characters. It needs a bit more of feelings onto it.
It's also my understanding that these singers are trained more as voice actresses than as, say, Korean pop idols, who receive extensive voice and dance training. While they're good dancers, the level of choreography in IM@S is pretty hard, and doing those dances and singing live is a huge strain. I think the emphasis of these concerts is to be able to hear it live rather than just see the voice actresses dancing on stage with a recording.
Addendum to the voice acting thing - many of these singers are voice actresses first and foremost (i.e. Rie Kugimiya) and have booked schedules, which was a primary reason for the creation of Ryuugu Komachi. Learning a whole bunch of choreography on top of their other schedules just isn't realistic.
the VAs for the original 765 AllStars are generally on average as old as their fans, so that's to be expected. yumi hara here and two of the others were newer additions, and are actually probably a bit younger than the average audience member here. while it's not as frequent as the others, you might be surprised to hear 765AS still has live concerts.
