BTW, saw you one Red Bull BC One (Bxl) on 2019, thought you didn't deserve to lose the round that you did (and neither did Crazy legs btw, saw him doing gestures when the two others voted against you), but you took it like a king! I'll do this with all your suggestions above and the wall will teach me EXACTLY where my feet are at all times. I'll then add momentum until I find the minimum to leave the floor on two hands. I'll then alternate one palm with 4,3,2 and then one finger on the second hand. Hey bro I am a massage therapist (6yrs) I can definitely tell you that sciatica is caused by trigger points in your glute area (piriformis). The muscle(s) are clamping down on that nerve, so the best thing you can do is see a therapist OR get a lacrosse ball, tennis ball, etc. And roll around on it to get to those trigger points

Wassup coach sambo! I´m bboy Cassio from Brasil I´m OG bboy from the 90´s. So, when it comes to beginners or whosoever, during the trainning period, how many reps and sets should they do each hand hops exercises ?
Depends on the handstand ability. Usually I would not do all this for longer than 20min to avoid injury. However the important thing is to do it almost daily (depends on age) for real results
But if you can do one hand balance, your handhop control will be on another level(might even make the process of learning handhops easier). All in all, if you want to make it far with handhops, you should learn one hand balance either way :D

Ur elbow should strong or else ur elbow is not strong put some muscle on it
Or u can practice one handed elbow hops on a soft surface
If u master it one soft surface try to do it on smooth wooden floor and then try it on concrete.When doing on concrete make sure u wear elbow pads
