Bought one of these the other day from Aldi. Got it for my Mobile detailing business. Think it will be ok for cleaning vents on Dashboards and around instruments, buttons and other small things in cars. I have a big Compressor. Too big to fit in the boot though. This one will put me on for a while.
That was an excellent video, also very interesting to watch, and I learned so much about it. Thank you very much I look forward to watch more reviews on quite a few equipments. Cheers. 😎👍
This is made to inflate (small) tires. If you use it a few times it will break down, and you can get a new one under warranty. Probably several times before the 3 year warranty period is over. Keep the receipt!
Cheers David, great review and yeah I was hoping that there would be a pressure tank too. 3 Year warranty here in the UK as well. Guess I'll keep looking for one with a tank that's not too big, my workshop is a small single car garage.
Thanks for honest and to the point video. I purchased this compressor on line the other day . . . I too am disappointed with the performance and the fact that is hasn't a pressure tank.
I just tried the one my husband bought. It makes a lot of noise and I didn't realize, that it has no tank, so when I turned it off, nothing was happening. It was faster to take my handpump to inflate my biketire, than do it with this compressor. And way better for my head and ears.
Good review mate. Thanks for making it I found it really helpful. So to show my gratitude to you I subbed. Yeah a bit disappointing like you said I'd also like a small unit that had a tank built in. But hey in general aldi has good bang for buck I hope you get good use out of it. Cheers! 👍
I have one it pumps them up much quicker than a 12v pump. However it’s very loud and has a small duty cycle. Mine is used as patio flag stone lifter and have had to have its electrical contact fixed as the vibration loosened the connector which caused an ark then melted. I got it for £20 so not worried as it lasted the patio job I was on.
I bought an external tank for mine, made a world of difference.
Would love to see that, can you send link please.
I would like to see that setup too!

Should be fine for that as it’s compact

It does the job but you really need the pressure tank.

Limited uses, just depends what you need it for I guess
@@DavidAbela Sent mine back . . . really disappointed with the performance.

Not a great unit!
I buy it this week and I regret...thanks David!
That’s really helpful as a similar one is now available from Aldi in the UK. Do you think it would be ok for an air stapler?? Thanks
Definitely not!
Thank you!!!

It’s been a good little unit. Would love a bit more pressure but it does the job.
Thank you. Very helpful
Anytime!
Very noisy. Neighbors will surely complain.. good only for outdoor use in the countryside.
Thanks
David how did you find the compressor pumping up car tyres.
Never tried! I don’t think it could! 😂

can we use impact wrench for this kind of compressor?
No chance at all!
Noooooo
What's the psi?
What Psi? There’s bugger all pressure.
Thanks to your video, I won't be getting it.
It’s pretty crappy!
Very useful, thanks. I wont buy it.
Just bought a Ryobi mini Compressor, super impressed with it!

CRAP GADGET
Use a long supply hose to store more air pressure
