YFM Bible study has been a great blessing not only for the youth but for the elderly as well. Thank u for choosing the bk of James for our study, the brother of our Lord Jesus, the 1st bishop who chose to be a servant, a righteous man, martyred around AD 62 for his faithfulness to the gospel after his vision of the resurrected Lord. Paul & James do not contradict but they complement each other. Works are not always about good deeds of love or kindness, but also works of faith. Abraham had faith in God but he also proved his faith by his readiness to sacrifice his only son. We too profess our faith in God which is passive, but is our faith an active one whereby we are ready to risk our lives to do anything for Jesus our Savior ?
Good teaching and a good intro. Yes , This book gives a check list on work (50 to do's) for each believer to check your self that, do you really have faith or not? If you try to work what it's written in this book by following each practice believer will fail but vice versa if you have faith you can feel the grace to complete all practice. Father, Jesus and holy spirit help me. a great check list for faith.

Make sure my faith is more than just a statement .It should result in action .I pray & seek the ways of putting faith to work,. With God's help. I miss your concluding prayer to day. Please pray for me. I want to give up! I lost my job because I refused the vaccine. I refused due to my already failing health. Heart disease and lupus. I get so much hate on UA-cam simply for asking for prayers it’s horrifying. As christian’s we should be able to cry out to one another and ask for prayers or just a shoulder to cry on. I have been struggling to provide for myself and my two autistic children both are non verbal. Taking care of my boys is my life but it’s overwhelming because they are special needs. My husband passed away three years ago so I’m all alone. I’m so overwhelmed! My situation already has me down, and depressed. We are facing eviction. We have nowhere to go! But I have so much faith that God will provide for me and my children. I know God loves us all. FAITH OVER FEAR!
