She is not on the same planet. But this movie is for gays so…it’s hard for her to make this atrocious script come to life.
She's a great actress, there're many movies that Sydney did fantastic in her role. In this movie, probably her character for a comedy rom-com is a bit flat and the plot and the script is so weak. Even with that, Sydney's performance is good, not great like other of her works but for the first time that lead a rom-com she was good.
I'm so glad this movie was filmed in Sydney, Australia. It's such a beautiful place.
