People usually end up by finding them and the parents aren't around or can't take care of them for whatever reason. They're better off in the wild, but sometimes that's not possible. Crows are very intelligent and are very demanding of humans that have raised them. They're also extremely messy and need a lot of stimulation. Once they reach maturity they can become restless and the males can get aggressive. You need to offer them their freedom and not make them too dependent on you.

Crows are a lot of work.
You can befriend them by feeding them but they need to be free
When you make friends with the crow, are you allowed to have it in the house?
