- The Bassmaster Elite Series travels to Arkansas for stop No. 3 on the 2016 tournament trail, and anglers are faced with an unique format that utilizes two lakes.

I fish a small high pressured lake and I can’t stand it when someone slips in front of me like Herron did to Tharp, you go Tharp. Usually I’ll just keep fishing cause the idiot in front of me can’t catch squat anyway.
I run into the same thing. My 14 ft Jon boat with $1,100 of electronics and 5 years of knowledge seems to do the trick. My favorite thing besides a topwater bite is catching behind someone

Justin B yeah I've seen a lot of guys that are fishing heavier cover or just don't like spinning reels use a baitcaster for shaky head, drop shot, wacky rig.
hell I fish for bluegill with my baitcast. I got a G. Loomis E6X with a Duckett 360 and have caught everything from catfish and carp to bluegill. There not just for bass fishing

No kidding man. Alot of guys do it. I guess it just each anglers style. He's probably grew up finesse fishing idk. I just set the hook and winch em in. I mean yeah i try and keep em from jumping but if they want to do it there most likely going to especially a big ol mean smallie. Mark Davis is the best I ever seen, he just be reeling along then set the hook and next thing you know he's swinging the fish in or lipping it. Never seen him get excited
