Our country needs to reform some of these statute of limitations because there is no telling how many of his victims won’t be able to get justice because it’s past that statute of limitations. Some states have removed it for SA but not all of them and it needs removed federally. I know some people get mad at how often RICO charges get thrown in but this is exactly why they have such a loose interpretation of what can be used as RICO so they can get animals like this off the streets forever. I’m glad they denied his bail because I was really scared for the victims and witnesses if he made bail. I was scared for Katt Williams after he made his statements. They still need to be providing these witnesses and victims with security though because he has way too much money and power and could still cause them harm.

I get why people get upset and ask questions about why it takes so long for arrests to be made on this kind of thing and hate that more people get victimized before arrests are made but there is a reason the Feds have such a high conviction rate. They make sure their case is locked down first instead of jumping the gun. People are more likely to get justice and be saved from this type of thing if the make sure the case is airtight before the arrest. If they had arrested him too soon it would’ve been a lot less likely they could’ve made sure he got no bail.
