mutton nilgiri korma/ மட்டன் நீலகிரி குருமா

Mutton 1/2 kg , curd 1/2 cup (100 ml) onion 100 GMs, tomatoes 100 GMs , Green chillies 6 no’s , mint leaves 1/2 bundle, coriander leaves 1 bundle , cinnamon 2 no’s, cardamom 2 no’s, cloves 2 no’s, somph 1 teaspoon , salt to taste , oil 1 round spoon, ginger and garlic paste 1 teaspoon. Please note : vegetable khorma can be done in the same way

I have passion to cook, variety of foods, that too tradional. It is because of you, i got interest. I used to take running notes during college times, your receipes in jaya tv. When you cook this kurma, I the kurma is coming in front of me, i can imagine how tasty it will be. Cant resist cooking it.
If you show grinding the masala little more detailed it will be nice.

We usually do this type of mutton kuzhambu with green chillies and a little pepper. Otherwise the same. Sir. Small suggestion is to add a little pepper taste will be fantastic sir.
