    • @MrPossum077
      @MrPossum077 Рік тому

      @@juliette8130 Nope, sorry. Posture doesn’t make you grow a hump. Tons of research around this. Genetics or compressions fractures are why people develop permanent humps.
      You can slouch in posture and see a increase in curvature but that isn’t a permanent change.

  • @cesarzapata9839
    @cesarzapata9839 Рік тому

    Whoa whoa whoa I respectfully disagree. As a flexible trainer in calisthenics, those positions your first mentioning is for majority of people I agree
    Would you reconsider: that same exact (negative bent over position) only your fingers are locked together/or your thumb method; your arms 80°-90° from your torso only behind you, requiring excellent shoulder mobility front and back; then once a deep breath is taken from the diaphragm while holding a tight core throughout the entire motion, that same (bad) position only focusing on a tight core and a neutral spine. If done correctly, there will be an audible cracking throughout the upper back, from between the shoulder blades all the way to the lower to mid back of the head causing instant relief & better posture. Lmk what you think 💪💪☝️👍
