For that jam- i am looking this up because i just tried it first time ever on a Monte Cristo-
Basically french toast sandwich with ham, turkey, swiss cheese & little powder sugar sprinkled on top.
Usually people eat that sandwich with strawberry jam or syrup. But this restaurant had that same jam you show.
Reminds me of jellied cranberry sauce maybe mixed with strawberry jelly- Really good stuff.
I bet if you give people a spoonful by itself and tell them guess it- no one will figure it out.

Thanks for the comment! I agree about the spoonful. It is really hard to place the flavor. The more I went through that jar, the more I enjoyed it. I haven't actually had one since.
