I don't think it's weird at all. People have been doing it since the beginning of time. watch, the origin of hair edges and kiss curls a european standard of beauty. Hopefully, that gives you the confidence to do you.

I use just pomade on my daughter. I don't know, she's 3...I don't super want to be using gel on the regular in my 3 year old's hair. Also, mine are like yours...just bangs. I have like maybe literally 3 individual actual baby hairs on the top of my forehead...so I'm with you there, too. Also, I have one side thicker than the other as well!

Do you recommend either of these for a softer edge control? My daughter is mixed and the regular edge controls are too sticky and heavy for her hair. Preferably something that is alcohol free too!

You wouldn't look weird. Just get yourself some edge control gel and a toothbrush!
Just make sure it looks good so nobody can say anything

It's probably the products that you use if you use any. Try products that are nursing and lock them in with Maybe a gel or a bit of oil 👍🏽

If you have gel and a toothbrush and they're not staying down, you may need a stronger gel.
You’d also probably want to put a scarf over them. (I recommend a silk scarf)
