1. Why is AJL with assets of over 2000 crores not able to pay 90 crores.?
2. How can liability of 90 crores be wiped off by investing 50 lacs?
3. If, for any reason, Sonia Gandhi and Rahul Gandhi leave Congress, who will be taking care of Young India? Will young India be liable to pay money back to Congress? Will they not have powers to convert the company as they own 76% of the shares? For all practical reasons, Congress will have no right over these companies. What protection, Congress, as a political party, has to defend its rights in such a case?
