He's got K.C. & The Sunshine Band blasting as he's heading for the roadblock in the Hydrogen tanker truck. Priceless. Plus he's a Mopar fan and has a sharp Vitamin C Orange 1970 Road Runner.
I want to see this movie because of this actor. He steals the camera, the way he plays his character is bad ass. Sorry Nicholas Cage, your not the star in this movie.
William Fichtner can convey more emotion with a slight clenching of the jaw, than most actors can, with a car chase. An outstanding actor we don't get to see enough.
I watched this film SOLELY because of William Fichtner. He was by far the most interesting character and made quite a ridiculous movie acceptable to watch. He has a presence that reminds me of Christopher Walken.
They need to make a video on explaining who is who in the movie and their purpose and etc cuz I was Fosho wondering who were they supposed to be playing
Never have I see an interviewer so totally unqualified. This guy has no clue. He wasted Williams time and ours asking stupid pointless questions. I can’t imagine how he was even given this opportunity. Fichtner deserves so much better.
When he was in "Armageddon," he delivered what is probably the film's best line: "Get OFF the nuclear weapon!" When he was in "The Lone Ranger," he was one of the most disgusting, yucky, downright grotty bad guys in the history of cinema. He can be subtle or he can be WAY over the top and I happen to love watching him work. He's got range, this man, range and an eye for detail. I agree with the consensus here: it's astonishing that he's never been nominated by the Academy. He won a Fangoria Best Supporting Actor for his work here in "Drive Angry," but that's it, folks. Unbelievable. This guy wears each role he inhabits like it was a privately-tailored suit.
He's the only reason I've watched this movie more than once. I wish they did more with his character. I would watch a standalone with just him playing as "the accountant". Such a missed opportunity. He's a Great actor doing an amazing job.
He is SO UNDERATED. He also stole the damn show in Drive Angry.

I never had a Road Runner, but I appreciated their style.
He NEEDS leading roles!! I feel he is so underated. Bill is incredible with every project he works on. Such a beautiful and talented man, LOVE him!

Under rated actor
More supernatural accountant films, please.
Fichtner was very, very good as a Supreme Court nominee in The West Wing.
I often complain about the lack of competent character actors today and right here is a great example of one whom improves every movie he's in.
Really great actor I liked his part better than the lead.
Drive Angry is a kick ass ride
William Fichtner comes across like coolness personified.
Just saw the film. Not a bad film, but somehow felt how much better could it have been.
Sandman
@TiteLola Hells No! That man is fiiineee! You have quite discerning taste, actually. :-P
I am only 3 years older than him. What happened?
He was amazing. Stole the movie.

He made this movie watchable. His demeanor and style is so unique.
He was way cool in this movie, such an enjoyable character too watch.
So smooth and likable

Yeah, he did but I think it was "Get off the Thermo Nuclear warhead"
Well said, totally agree.

This movie is well on its way to being a cult classic, it is not already.
OMG when I see him I get butterflies in my belly
He also played a pretty good spot in the perfect storm. I think he is a great actor, he makes the movie better.
He played a struggling alcoholic in that movie, didnt he?
Why isn't he in more movies? His range is un-exhaustable! I agree, William Fichtner made this movie!
Fichner is the Man. I'll watch all his movies. While I like Cage he is not even the same league.
William Fitchtner for President! or at least a leading role....he rules in this movie, man. Sooo amusing!
I know and love this actor because of this movie... so he was right
This guy reminds me of Sig Hansen (Deadliest Catch)
The voice as well
That interviewer asks good questions (most of the time) :)
William Fitchner is just an outstanding actor! Hollywood should have used his talents significantly more than it did! Underrated and brilliant!
That's the way i like that
Sandman
I liked him in contact. I loved him in this.
i love this mans work mr Fitchner sir you are the man, well done that man
im so happy that the actor himself afterwards felt the same as i felt watching it. regarding the last shot. the energy is so great in the last scene
