What a well planned out and helpful tutorial! Thank you for this!
These are so cute and easy. I like it that the edging looks like binding but without all the hassle. Love this, thanks Erica for demonstrating how to sew them.
O gosh that adorable! It would make a good thread trash bowl, too. So so cute!
I consider myself an advanced beginner and I made this bowl! I only watched your video about 100 times, but I did it! Your right, they are cute little bowls and made my sewing room look more cute. Thank you so much for the video and many other videos you make. I'm learning so much from you and your my go to gal for sewing projects! THANKS!!
Very cute. I love the fabrics you use.

Nice little bowl and cute fabric. Never can have too many of these. Have a great day! Yay Jax is back.
Very cute project. I will make some for my quilting group. Thank you.
What a cute little bowl, I can’t wait to try this one ☝️ thanks, Erica
I just completed the little bowl. It's so cute 🤗 Your tutorial is very clear and easy to follow. Thank you for sharing your projects with us.
Hi Erica…I LOVE these bowls! I use them for so many things and I’ve given so many away. I’m going to make some more! Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! ❤
Very cute! Can't wait to make a few of these for myself and for gifts! Thank you. ❤️
Excellent clear and concise tutorial… ❤
I made a total of 6 of these. My first one of course was terrible. The 2 after were ok. I gave them to my mom to use. She loved them. My last 3 were a lot better. Pleasing to the eye to keep in my sewing room. I did find it easier to put clips on one end and sew that end and then add clips to the other end and sew that end. All the clips at once for me, was a bit much. Thank you for the lesson!
Awesome! Great job! You do a perfect job of explaining with appreciated efficiency!!! Some other channels tutorials drag on and on … You are perfect! Keep the vids coming!
This is exactly the type of bowl/basket I've been looking for!! So cute :)
Bowls would make perfect gifts.
Oh, how cute! And I could definitely use these. Thank you for the tutorial!

That was a fabulous project!
This looks like something I can try with my daughter
I love this! Thanks so much.
Very cute!! Thanks Erica xx
Great tutorial!
Cute and adorable! Well said ❤️
Thanks for using matching fabrics. Hate it when scraps are used but doesn't match.
So cute!!
Thanks for the tutorial.
So, last night I decided to make one, but I used Peltex 71F, which is very firm. I ended up having to hand baste the exterior bottom to the sides so that it would all stay together while I sewed. And even then, it doesn't have a smooth edge around the base. And boy was it hard to sew! But it turned out okay.
So cute. Thinking I will make this.
Super cute!! Thank you for sharing!!
Sew cute! I need to make some of these. Thank you for sharing!!
So cute! Thank you for sharing!
So cute! I love it!!!
These are so cute. One at each of my machines.😁
This is almost identical to the one Minki Kim made. But I like the idea of quilting the fabric to the foam...especially since my foam isn't fusible.
At least your fabric compliments the basket. Hate it when fabric doesn't match
Very cool! Great instructions!
Thank you so much for sharing!
Very cute thank you will try
Great!! Thanks 🙏😃
So cute!
You make sewing those circles sooo easy. Also, working with that bosal foam is a little fustrating in tight spots. You just sew through it!! My bowl will be crooked....lol
Love it! Thank you
Thanks Erica!!
Thank you! I've been seeing this little bowl in some of your tutorials and wanted to make one... So glad I found this fun video I missed! I've already made one!! Now making a few more for friends!
Where did you purchase the scrap bins you have sitting by your design wall?? I need these! LOL thanks Toni
Hi! The wire mesh are from The Container Store, and the wooden bins are from Target :)
So cute thank you Erica
What about a tutorial on packing cubes. The ones you put into your luggage to organize your items for a trip? Cute colors or travel fabrics would be adorable.
Very nice and beautiful 👍👍
Love your tutorial. I’m a beginner sewer. Do your PDFs have templates? Like on this one for the circular base?
I love it, thank you so much
This is very cute. I would, however, suggest cutting fabric and foam slightly larger if quilting is planned, as quilting will reduce the finished size of the basket.
Love this
Cute little bowl! You mentioned a pdf in the video. Where can I find it? Thanks!
@@jbrand1453 Thanks, but I was hoping for a printable step by step for reference.
Sorry, I forgot to link the pattern! I just added it :)

Sooooo cute ❤️❤️❤️
Thank you. So cute😊
Similar to Minki Kim’s tutorial. The quilt part is a nice touch.
Love this. I have a beginner question. I have double sided fusible foam. Can i use that?
Hi, it's better to have one sided fusible because of how we do the lining, just so that it doesn't accidentally fuse to your ironing board.
Arndt you clever. 💜 The round scissors you used to cut with, Mine won't cut like yours. My husband says I need to push harder but I just ruin the blade when I do that. Do you have an editorial that tells us what cutting board to use? And how to use that round scissors?
Hi, by "round scissors" do you mean the rotary trimmer? I do have a video on that here: ua-cam.com/video/Qr9uA7jJaO0/v-deo.html
If it's not cutting, you may need to replace your blade, you shouldn't have to "push" down on it very hard. It should cut very easily. Also make sure you are using a self healing mat similar to this, I like the American Crafts brand and Olfa: amzn.to/3yjDkPX
The scissors I used to cut the circle base out of were these: amzn.to/3w8yZxn
Just finished mine and I'm making another one. Thank you so much for your clear and to the point tutorial🥰
