Diagnosed a year ago, cut out all red meat and processed foods. Lost thirty pounds and have not felt this good in years. My movement doctor does not recommend any meds at this time. My tremors subsided after the diet change, not saying it will work for everyone, but the consumption of fresh foods has been a game changer. As mentioned by my doctor, your gut is your second brain.

What I also did was to take screenshots on my phone, study them-then go back and listen to this presentation again.💪🏼🙌👏🏼. This lady Doctor was giving so much information in such a short time. She is phenomenal!!! 👍🏼💪🏼

This is a long and very technical talk. I enabled subtitles but then I frequently stopped the talk, disabled the titles, rewound a bit so that I could see the presentation slides. Regarding dietary fibres I have two questions. 1. Bread in many countries is made with refined white flour. In Germany the bread is typically made from whole grain flour. Is there any evidence that some countries may traditionally have better diets. Apart from the so called Mediterranean diet? 2. Is the eating of raw vegetables better than cooked ones? Or reworked, does cooking break down the useful fibre content of food?
