Certified nursing assistant can work in various settings, for example, nursing home( long term care / short term) assisted living facility/ independent living, Retirement home,hospitals, doctor's office , home care agency, residential agencies or adult family homes. Every setting is different and the pay is different and it's really rewarding. To become a certified nursing assistant, you can either enroll in private schools where the program take 3 to 4 weeks or you can go to Community college where it's takes 6 months to complete the course. And you have to pass state licensing exam to become certified.

Everyone want to go to America to work as carers. Its easy said here on youtube but these jobs are hard work. Yes you learn to use lifting machines but physically it is exhausting. Also not everyone can be a carer or nurse. Nursing is a calling and you must have the love of people to provide the services required.
If you want to live in a western world comfortably go to University and get a worthwhile degree which you will get a good paying job and wont kill you physically. There are alot of opportunities but you have to work smart not hard.

Don’t work in Nursing homes, those people will kill your back. One staff to a ratio of 6-8 residents is crazy. Just work in home group, where there is 4 residents to a ratio of 3 staff. In home group there is a lot of down time where you can do your school work. Easy and pay is almost the same.
