- This is the moment that we've all been waiting for many years since this game came out in the earlier 2000s. And what I'm talkin' about, the race of the intro cars from the game itself...it's here, IT'S FINALLY HERE, WE ARE HERE BABY!!!!! This has given me a lot of goosebumps and ever since I was a kid, I've first seen these cars on the PSP console. It was a dream man, it was a total dream in reality...

Cool recreation! And you know what else is interesting? I realized just now every car in the race is actually a representative of each class of cars and vehicles available in the game. There’s one bike (I think it’s a Cuevito or something I’m not really sure), one SUV (Cadillac Escalade), one exotic (Lamborghini Murcielago), one tuner (Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution VIII), one muscle car (Pontiac GTO), and one luxury car (Chrysler 300C SRT8). It’s a cool feature and nod they added.
You’re referring to the Ducati 999R and I don’t think the 300C has “SRT8” in its name because SRT (Street Racing Technology) is based only by Dodge.
@@JimmyNGX Oh yeah my mistake. 😅 I realized just now it’s actually not a Cuevito because they’re usually chopper bikes and yeah I totally forgot about the Ducati bikes. But about the Chrysler 300C I could’ve sworn when I played some of the Need For Speed games it had SRT8 in its name, it would also make sense since both Dodge and Chrysler are owned by technically the same company, thus a lot of their models would share some similarities.
Ahhh I know what you mean by now, 300C SRT8 must’ve been in NFS Carbon and thus, that may be true of Dodge and Chrysler are the “same” company because of their partnership with Mopar.

If MC3 had one of those demos where you get to play one race and be shown an info board of what to expect on the full release, this should've been the demo race.

how did you create that race did u use any mods for that? And can you create a special race with the opponents (Vanessa/Lamont/Bishop/Carlos) etc etc
Yes it’s basically a mod, I’ve navigated the opponent’s string of license plate through Cheat Engine before opening the memory browse. Then I’ve pasted my personal car codes onto the AI cars after the loading screen showed up (when restarting ofc). And about the rivals in the career mode, there’s a chance that I’ll race with them one by one in “mirror mode.”
@@JimmyNGX Does it only work for Arcade races does it work for Career Mode? can u have like have 8 opps and mod their cars in a Career race?
The PS2 version is limited with 8 racers in total and I don’t think having 7 opponents in career mode will work because I did tried once before and the game freezes itself while it’s loading. However, modding the cars is perfectly fine from that mode and the arcade as well.

Dude in the intro the Escalade have a stock body, why did you have add body kid on that SUV?
Every DUB car should have a body kit instead of stock, like the 300C from Balboa Park Tournament.

In the PS2 version, you indeed can. But, I’ve never customized a race before, even once.
I can figure out there hitboxes but I can't change their coordinates so they can that's why I was asking
Also the checkpoint model in the race editor is completely different than the career checkpoint
