Hello! We made a barleywine, an unfortunately the fermentation stuck at 1.030 (our FG should be 1.019). The beer tastes great, but it’s obviously a little bit too sweet. What would you recommend? Should we make a starter with a pack of new yeast? Will it help? The alcohol is pretty high already (around 8%). If I add the starter, do I have to worry about oxygenation? Thanks for the help.
Have ye got them brew date sheets yet how do I get one.. thanks
All of our recipe kits come with brewday sheets when ordered on the GEB websites

When do you add a yeast nutrient?
