You and your dad are a reminder of what makes the Great in Great Britain, all respect to you
Unreal coment! thank you for watching!
You are an inspiration. I am reclaiming our 2.25 acre property after the former owners just allowed the seedlings from various trees and vegetation creep onto the property.
@@slipperyblueclay2521yikes! That sounds like a bit of a project!
@@lisasharf1442 I own two chain saws and the equipment to make it happen. Just need a couple days off from work. I intend to rent a wood chipper to grind the waste into usable mulch.
Best comment!! (And true!)
Thank you, Ben and dad. I feel comfortable speaking on behalf of all of us who have bodies are no longer able to do the things we’d like to do, whether it be from disease, accident, or advanced age. People who are willing to step in and give their time and their effort to help someone in need are the finest that our society has to offer. To see someone, so willingly, step forward and say “can I help?” is beautifully heartwarming. Again, thank you.
Thank you so much for this lovely comment
Amen! Seems hard to find people to help you even if you pay them.
whose vs who's
...have bodies THAT are no longer....

I do too. Flawless never disappoints, no matter what type of job it is.
A focus on what you did for Sheila. At 96 she's living (alone?) In a big house. Much upkeep there. In the evening she may sit by the window and look out on her beautiful garden filled with roses and berries. It's too much for her to get out there and work but it's lovely to see. Gradually it's grown to the point that she couldn't get down the path to the gate! And the years are advancing. Any neighbors looking in? Sure no one neighbor thought maybe they could do a little? Or do they just complain to the council. Council did nothing but fill out paperwork.
Enter YOU! AND because of your very hard work Sheila can expand her world to include walks in her lovely garden. 96 years old! She lived through WW1 and WW 2. She should be cared for as a veteran ; looked after as a lady with memories and knowledge to be shared.
Bravo to you both for your kindness. It's the bandage we all can use these days.
WWI ended in 1918, 105 years before this video was made, so 96-year-old Sheila definitely did not live through that.
Not WW1 pal. But good point
Where are her grown children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren?
You guys are really making her life better. Hopefully, this will help you.
Faith in humanity restored
TY
Thank you so much for all these lovely comments, and thank you William.. I really do appreciate it. We are making repairs to the gates and this helps with materials! I hope you have a great weekend
@william Wow, that's so generous of you to help them like this! Thank you. They do deserve it.
They really do.@@jujastorm4042
@@lorettalouvros207Well, a lot of people around the world still help out other people in need everyday. And that’s great they do. 😁
Raspberries are yum but their brambles are a pain. Vining plants are so hard to control. What an amazing gift.
yeah all those berries looked really tasty but if you dont keep it tidy its basically impossible to get to without cutting yourself lol
@@Aleph-Noll i had no idea you had this mulching machine, seems to be the only way to do it without having a bulldozer
My wonderful neighbour mows my lawn for me, and I know how truly grateful I am for his help (I am 80 and disabled). I can only imagine the emotional depths Sheila will reach when she sees all of your incredible hard work. You and your dad have hearts as big as the Channel Tunnel. You are simply amazing.
So does mine, I am only 60 and work full time with some health things going on. He is a blessing.
That is so sweet ❤ this storys make life rich ❤
God bless your neighbor and you to
Thank you for pulling out the brambles rather than just cutting down all those mature plants in her garden! It’s hard work, but so worth it.
I don’t know about where you live but here in the USA it’s hard to find anyone to do work for you. Even when you can pay them and the older we get the harder it is for us to do it ourselves. Thank you and your dad for everything you do for others!😊❤
We are based in England thanks so much for watching
Hello Sharon from another Sharon. I’m in Canada. My Mom fortunately has two fellas who will cut the lawn and keep the trees and shrubs looking good. Both men are former boyfriends of my sisters when they were teenagers in the 1970s. They don’t charge very much, not like the landscaping company she used to have who charged $90/hour. They were good but not worth $90/hour!
@@sharong8511
That's so wonderful - sounds like they're giving her the Ex-girlfriend's mom's discount! 😂 I think that speaks very highly of your family, though people didn't use to be as crazy in the 70s - just moved on with mostly no hard feelings.
Plenty USA cleanup crews on YT, you just need to find one closer to you
@sharong8511 labour, wear and tear on equipment, fuel etc. Sounds like you not too keen on people having to earn something and just give their time and labour for free.
The Council should have a way of helping rather than just serving notices.
And as neighbours was it so difficult to offer to cut a hedge periodically or cut a lawn for another neighbour who has no doubt done things for others when SHE was able ?
Great job Ben and Paul . It's lovely seeing the transformations you make .
to be fair i dont really see any indication that they cant afford to do this themselves. living in a huge home in a nice neighborhood and it looks like she lives with family as well
Thank you KRESS! You’re supporting a genuinely great guy
I’m so grateful
96 Year Old Sheila's Garden Rescue
I'm so glad you have a sponsorship with a garden and Tool Supply Company. Thank you, Kress, for helping out "Flawless Cleaning"
Your videos really do make my week. You're such a cheerful person and while you're doing a huge job and almost being choked back and absorbed into the brambles and vegetation. I know the homeowner was very appreciative and grateful. You made such a huge difference. And the yard had so many challenges. I know you enjoyed trying out all the new tools, and this yard was a good yard to try the new yard tools on, LOL
Thank you for all you do!!!!!!🌳🕸🌾🍂👍🏼🙂
I’m so grateful for all the new tools
Pity they gave him a load of undertorqued electrical pap. You can see the struggle they have even in the sped up sections of this
what's better on a Saturday afternoon than a cup of tea, a comfy couch and watching a video of a father and son fixing a garden? great job, as always! Best, Alessandro
Aw thanks for that Alessandro!
What a lovely and genuine lad,his family should be so proud of him.
And what a sweet old lady ❤
That 96 year old lady can put her worries aside about her yard thanks to you. I am sure she will totally enjoy looking at what you've done for her. Bravo! 10+ out of 10 rating.
You could call your company Urban Archeology the way you discover gates, walls, and walkways that have been long forgotten and buried. Excellent work!
Ben, you and your Dad are absolute legends! The world is a better place with you and your Dad in it! 👍
I can imagine how Shiela and her husband used to enjoy working in their garden together.
I know you had a nightmare trying to download this last night, but Ben, it was certainly worth waiting for. You and your dad worked wonders for Sheila. I can’t wait for the next thrilling instalment. God bless you both. Not forgetting your beautiful family. ❤❤
Aw that’s so kind of you Sue! Really appreciate this as I stressed over it.. and then you all have shown me such great support
Sheila had lovely berries in her front garden. They were taking over everything.
Once again, big shout out to Kress tools for helping out the amazing Flawless family!
Looks like she could do with an extra step at that door :/
So grateful for the kress it’s helped so much
Or a sturdy rail for something to hold.
Yes, Sheila needs that step height reduced by adding a second one, and a hand rail for safety. That would be awesome ❤
Brambles are the bane of my life! Our garden had a huge patch of brambles and it was so difficult to remove them. You have done an amazing job on Sheila's garden.
Honestly mate I have been watching since you had about 5k subs - and your relentless positivity is a real inspiration. You are an amazing person and I am really pleased to see you make such a success of the channel.
Thank you for sticking by us and joining journey it means the world
Got tears 😢. Seeing my own parents get older and wanting to do stuff but can’t it means the world to them. You and your dad are hero’s with tools 😂 absolutely magic x
I can’t wait for the continuation of this series for Shelia. I wasn’t expecting a car with brambles starting to grow over it!
I wasn’t expecting the car, either! 😳
i thought you were lying about there being a car haha
Thank you for that love and compassion. You are rare jewels. This world needs more people like you
I always wonder how a neighbour who clearly is fastidious about their own garden can’t help out someone who is clearly unable. Half an hour a week before it got to this stage would have kept on top of it.
Totally agree
I agree it would be nice for a neighbour to help, however if sheila has any family sometimes they don’t want to do it but the are suspicious of others doing because they may have an agenda, I know this because some of my relatives thought I was after grannies money because I did jobs for her. There is nothing more strange than folk.
Neighbor shaming is not my favorite thing about UA-cam.
My point exactly as I commented in part one
Someday...those neighbour's and or family will be elderly just like this nice lady.....hope karma bites them back. People need to be kind and help
First, A big thank you to Kress Tools !!!!! What an amazing job these 2 gentlemen did on this yard❤ Blessings to all and families❤
😂 not even a minute in and I had to laugh hard at your dad - leg guards against brambles. 😅 Who'd a thunk it ..😊
😂😆 glad you enjoyed
I'm totally with him tho, brambles=pain 💖 I'd have done the same 😂
What an absolutely lovely bloke! Doing great work with an even greater attitude! That interaction with Sheila at the end just restored my faith in humanity
Well done Ben, you and your Dad are amazing 💖, so fantastic to see Shelias garden coming back, your handling those Brambles so so well, they are a nighmare once rooted but hopefully over time they can ve got rid of for good 😊 cant wait for part 3 💖
Thank you so much for your kind words
Praise you dad for getting on your hands and knees to do that work! I’d never get back up! Xoxo ❤
You are both doing an amazing job, must be so lovely for Sheila to come out and look round and see what her garden used to be like.
Hard graft for you and Paul.
Then you all having a lovely time at the beach, adorable xx
Once again, gobsmacked. She said she had cold hands. Well, cold hands, warm heart. I am amazed and in awe of how brambles are so invasive. It's like vines here. Take care. And love to all from the US.
Amazing transformation of Sheila's front garden, well done Ben and Dad. Can't wait for part two, the back garden!🌳 More brambles I shouldn't wonder!😂❤️🏴🇬🇧
Back gardens a big job that’s part 3-5
@@FlawlessCleaningServices Sheila must be so thankful that you are doing this for her. Blessings to you both ❤️🏴🇬🇧
And apparently a car! 😊🎉
What a magnificent job! From being an absolute wilderness, to a pleasant little front yard in which Sheila can have a
family reunion/etc. Lovely.
Wowzers! Those brambles look like BAD BOYS! I had no idea, never seen them. They seem so invasive, kind of like the wall of thorns that sprang up to prevent the prince reaching Sleeping Beauty! WOW! What a job. Kudos to you both. Great job you did. Lovely to see your family enjoying the beach. ♥
What part of the world are you from Sue? Over here brambles, or blackberries, can be found everywhere and can be both a rewarding discovery (for their fruits) on a fine autumn day in the country or subject to cursing and 'extreme prejudice' from keen gardeners.
From South Africa originally but living in Manitoba, Canada now!!! Not ready for the insane winter. Blackberries sound good but the vines.... ugh.

It felt like watching an episode of Indiana Jones, starring you and your father as you cut through the jungle to discover a sidewalk, side gate, and yard area. Love the way Sir Theo looks out for his brother, Sir Arthur. 🦀Beautiful family, Ben. 👨👩👦👦Thanks for sharing. I am sure Sheila is overwhelmed with all you have already done for her. 👍🏼👍🏼
Love that 😂
I'm truly blown away at how much you and Dad do to bring peace and tranquility to someone life. Never change your desire to assist others. 👏👏👏❤️❤️
Yes, they have changed the quality of life for this sweet lady.
Thank you for the lovely comment
It's crazy that brambles are just the worst, yet delicious berries grow on them. Beautiful work, gentlemen.
Hi Ben good luck with cutting Sheila's garden from paul chapman at London uk 🇬🇧 also best wishes to the family for me please 🙏
Cheers Paul appreciate the support
What marvellous service you both performed for Sheila, and still more to come.
My husband is nearly 80 and very independent even after a heart attack and cancer, so when he finds a neighbour mowing our nature strip or oiling our garden retaining wall he doesn’t know how to respond except with a “thank you” and an offer of a refreshment which seems not enough for such kindness.
I had to assure the next door neighbour this week that we were only doing a couple of hours a day (over a 7 day period) of maintenance work when he caught me perched on top of an 8 ft high water tank painting the top half of our side of the 10 ft high property boundary fence. Unknown to him or the family, I discovered that a 70+ year old really shouldn’t do things like that without taking into consideration the possibility of having a fall … luckily I only needed to see my chiropractor and the fall occurred when climbing down after the top half of the fence was completed 🤜🤛. The day will come soon enough when we won’t be up to doing much physical maintenance, but we will continue do the safe jobs and get someone in do the too difficult jobs for us from now on. I just hope that they are as thoroughly competent gentlemen as you and your father.
I can empathize. It is sometimes difficult to accept that climbing on a ladder takes more out of me than it used to. But, I still just want to get on with the job. Oh, to be 70 again!
So very nice of you to help out Sheila. Bless you n your dad
Ben…you and Dad are TOP BLOKES 😊😊😊 Btw, please, let your wife know, your Boys are GORGEOUS 😊😊❤️😍🥰🇨🇦😘♥️
And once again, i am beyond speechless! ❤❤❤
Amazing thank you so much
Bless you Ben and Paul. Sheila would have a lovely weekend to have her pathway cleaned and to see her garden. Ben, the boys are growing up fast.
I'm so pleased to see a good company help you out with solid equipment! And it's not noisy! I think a possible further step to help Sheila, is to work with a local weed control company to keep the brambles away for good.
Then her neighbours will find it easier to help her. They seem to really care.
Sometimes its hard for a homeowner to admit they need help. Hopefully going forward this will help everyone come together. Wonderful job, filled with kindness Ben & delightful dad ❤🎉👍🥰
What a magnificent job you've done there! Cheers to you and your Dad!
Hopefully another contractor comes along and builds a ramp for that lovely lady.
Just incredible how well that blade mulches things down!
Wow...what a difference! Retired pastor here, enjoying watching you and your dad, and the people you help. God's grace shows through you as you make community.
Hi
Yes. I enjoyed part two. Sheila's house is in very good condition. So happy you have new tools to make your lives easier. Well earned. Love to dad and the family. So cute arthur saying he loved the sound of the sea🎉💕
You know not to many years ago, a neighbor wouldn't have to be asked to help, they would just do it. Boy, how times have changed. But thank goodness for you and your good looking dad. You guys make a difference in many elders lives. Terrific transformation, can't wait for part 3.
Wow, this is a wonderful series on helping Ms. Sheila, a lovely young lady. What a massive cleanup for her home. It will be much safer for her when stepping outside. You and your Dad are stellar, good-hearted men to jump in with both feet to help her out. Thank you Kress for blessing Ben with all the power tools to do an excellent job in helping others. The boys are so adorable catching crabs and brave. God bless you and yours from Yuma Arizona, USA
A big thank you for loving your neighbor in a tangible way.
It amazes me how the brambles
smother everything they can!
Man oh man!! What a job! Those brambles and all their thorns are terrible. They sure take over a garden in no time at all. What a wonderful service you guys have done for Sheila. Bless her heart! She is too frail to manage her own garden! Looking forward to the next of the series. Cheers Ben and Paul! Hello to your family!!
Cheers Tim for the nice comment, hope you are well
Another beautiful job Ben and Dad!!! Cant wait to see part 3!!
It’s like Sleeping Beauty’s castle! These gentlemen are such hardworking and kind hearts! Bless them and their family! 💕
You and your dad both do amazing work. Think you could sometimes use an army of volunteers to help too ❤
You are such lovely people!!!
Wonderful job. The council should be ashamed of themselves harassing/threatening an elderly lady! They should be offering to help rather than sending out letters! Well done you 2 👍
What stars you both are! God bless! 😊😊😊😊
Crikey Ben, this was like fighting your way to Sleeping Beauty's castle. That was some reclamation going on there. Sheila is a sweetheart, bless her. I hope there are other people going to get involved here, like getting the guttering cleaned out and sorting out the 'lawn' for her. All the neighbourhood must be sighing with relief. Thanks for doing this Ben and Dad. Kudos to Kress for supplying the new equipment, it looks so impressive. I am surprised that Ecoflow haven't got involved with you yet. 😊
I can't help but cry, what an amazing job. The fact that Sheila can enjoy her yard again at her age! You two are simply angels!
Amazing thank you so much
How can any council expect a lady in her nineties to keep her garden neat? Thank goodness for people like you and your father, with kind hearts and understanding. Thank you.
😊😊 You are so lucky to have your father with you. Enjoy your time together it is lovely to see. Great job. Looking forward to the rest. A sweet lady.
No worries we just enjoy them as they get here
Thank you
How lovely is Sheila and so grateful for all you and your lovely Dad have done for her .
Dear Ben, you and your Dad truly make watching your videos a joy. You actually help people in need, make a difference in their lives and do amazing yard transformations. Here in the USA, so many garden YOU Tubers do abandoned yards. This seems like such a waste of time when there are so many elderly who need assistance with overwhelming yard work. May God bless you and your family and keep you safe. May your life always be successful. Dear Sheila, God bless you.
Thank you so much for your kind comment
“❤” What a lovely thing to say ,, bless you too 🫶🏼
BLESS YOU GUYS FOR HELPING THE PEOPLE WHO DESPERATELY NEEDS HELP AND CANNOT APPROACH SOMEONE JUST LIKE YOU. SO MAY GOD BLESS YOU ALL GUYS FOR HELPING BARBARA AND MANY MORE....❤❤❤❤❤ GREAT JOB
Wonder results from such hard heart felt work. It's amazing how you both are helping this sweet little lady.
I wish there was a word bigger than thank you, for what you are both doing for this lady. Nothing makes me cry until this did, knowing the peace of mind you have gifted her in her latter years is truly priceless. Come on people, especially fellow UK's get subscribing and liking, its free for us but means so much to the ones in our community that need this amazing son, father duo! It is the least we can do to say nice one!
Fantastic transformation Ben and Dad 👍🏆❤ can't wait for part 3❤
Thank you so much Patricia! Have a great weekend
Folks plant raspberries and blackberries for the fruit, but you have to stay on top of the pruning or they take over. Once the brambles dominate, they shade or choke out other plants. Aggressive little buggers. You may have knocked them back, but by spring you’ll see new shoots emerging. Let’s hope the neighbours can help Sheila stay ahead of the garden now that the hard work is done. Kudos to KRESS for providing proper tools for these big jobs. Well done Ben and Paul. Still have many more views than ‘likes,’ which makes no sense. Help Ben do this work by liking and subscribing so he can cover his costs. If you can comment, you can click ‘like.’
Definitely Gary! I’d like to learn methods of preventing them rather than having to dig out every root. Appreciate the support as always.. means a lot. Can’t wait to show you part 3!
You two are honestly fantastic! If only everyone were as kind and caring as you and your dad are!
Great work ❤
Thank you Kress, you have teamed up with an AMAZING duo. They are worthy of your tremenous support, it is so gratifying to know such generosity still exists.
Ben, you and your dad are incredible.
Anyway I'll stop waffling and crack on!
Bless her. She's well chuffed. And bless you and your father as well Ben. People don't realise the difference they can make for another by just helping them out. Hope the neighbours will help her keep on top of when you've finished. You've put in such a lot of work. Excellent video. Have a wonderful weekend 🙏❣️
I think Sheila is a bit overwhelmed, but she sounded so happy. I just love it. Ben you and Dad are the best guys ever! That was a heck of a lot of work for just one day WOW!! Well done Kress. 👏👏👏👏
Great job on the garden. Wow, those new Kress tools are kicking bramble .... So glad you've got great tools to make the job manageable. You and your dad are fun to watch and the transformations always pleasing. So sweet what you do. Glad you found Sheila. I can tell she'll be on your list of 'pop back round' even after the job's done.
That is awesome. Also a huge safety issue. If Sheila had fallen outside her door, no one would have seen her! Now she can be visible, on the off chance she ventures outside.
That’s a great point
That's just crazy the difference! Those awful bush things, I hope won't come back. You and your dad deserve a medal for all that work. The finish front looks AMAZING! Sheila, was so very grateful! 👍💯😎
Nice work Ben and Dad! Too bad no one wanted to come and pick the berries before you chopped them up. I bet they would have made some tasty jam ☺️ The walkway looks lovely and Sheila can have a wee walk about now in the garden 👍🏻👍🏻 Can’t wait for part 3!!! ♥️♥️
Great job . I think they are always ready for ice cream. They are just so beautiful
