I'm so glad to have found your channel. Watched the new Chico's video and your tastes seem to be exactly the same as mine, and your stature is similar too. Chic casual is definitely the way to live, a good default style. So many 'how to dress over 40, 50 etc.' are not to my taste and somewhat sloppy? There's a not-so-fine-line between casual and sloppy. And I think a mature woman needs to elevate it a bit, over the younger set. I'd really like to hear how you keep your white slacks white, I haven't worn them for years. They're dyed these days to give that 'optic' look, so no bleach allowed.
I just throw mine in the washer, sometimes add Oxy Clean.

I’m like you and have jumped on the Walmart wagon. I was searching for sports bras and tried on a unique sports bra at Walmart. I didn’t like it because the straps were too long and not adjustable. Later that day I went to Dicks to look for sports bras. I saw THE EXACT sports bra at Dicks but it had a Nike swish. There is no mistaking the design because it was very specific.

Hi Marnie. I purchased the Amazon jumpsuit and it is amazing. I'm 5'3" and normally wear 8P; the medium fit perfectly. I have the air essentials two piece and this jumpsuit fabric is pretty darn close to the Spanx. Super comfy.
Love all your videos! I got the Chico's white jeans per your recommendation and absolutely love them! This was my first purchase at Chico's. When I picked up my order, the sales clerks were so friendly and helpful, suggesting that I go down a size because the jeans tend to stretch a little, I actually bought an additional pair in blue. LOL Thank you!

I bought #9 Walmart cargo pants in every shade. They are so lightweight and perfect for our warmer temps. You can dress them up or down.
I bought the tote (finally), to fly to my sisters. No need for a traditional carry on. It matches my Sam Eddleman Sandles from last year.

I bought the AirEssentials inspired jumpsuit in dark grey. I like the way it feels on my skin. It’s a substantial fabric, but it’s so soft & cool feeling. I shall see if I still feel that way when I’m in full blown Southern heat & humidity, but for now, it’s great! 😄 The only drawback for me is the length. It’s more of a cropped fit on me. I’m 5’7”-5’8”, depending on who’s measuring, & have long legs. It’s not bad for when I want a cropped look, but that’s not always the case. I do like it enough that I’d consider purchasing it in another color though.
I love the Banana Republic Factory cargo joggers! I found them through you, so thanks! I wish they offered more of the colors in petite ☹️. It is one of my pet peeves when stores limit the colors of petite items! 😡 I ordered a pair in the regular length and hopefully they will not be too long. Definitely like your posts bests when there are limited (or no) Amazon or other “fast fashion” items. I love Chicos, J. Jill, Banana Republic, Gap, Old Navy, etc. Thanks!!
I hate to break it to you, but all of the brands you mentioned pretty much fall into the "fast fashion" category. They release new collections every month if not more frequently.

Hi can you explain how to get to the LTK site you are always talking about. I am not on instagram. I just don’t get it? I do UA-cam or google???
I was looking at the BRF cargo pants for air travel. I like having the zipper pockets for things I want to easily access such as ear buds, ID, phone. But I hesitate to get them because pants with elastic waist tend to slide down with the weight of a phone.
My friend bought me a Members Mark 2 pc travel set from Sam's Club which had a hidden zipper pocket in the pullover jacket that's large enough to hold everything I need. I love it! It's thin enough for air travel in the summer, and both the jacket and pants are buttery soft.
Unfortunately, Sam's Club no longer sell this set. Would love to have something similar if you run across something like that.

Happy Mother's Day! The San Antonio airport post is my favorite on LTK. I've been eyeing the Schutz sandals. I've read some reviews and some say the shoe is heavy and that the leather is stiff. Would you be able to comment on how comfortable they are? Thanks!
They're actually really comfortable! I absolutely refuse to wear shoes that hurt.

I purchased that beautiful turquoise dress (sleeveless turtleneck bodice and attached pleated skirt ) on sale, it’s a very nice piece and an incredible value. I also purchased two of the Amazon striped sweaters but the plastic buttons were so awfully gaudy that I ordered good quality metal buttons from M J Trimmings and replaced both sets. Although each set of six buttons was about $16 they really make the sweaters wearable in all situations. Other purchase was the burlap baseball cap (my first purchase from Walmart, lol) and the hand steamer. I needed a new one for upcoming summer travel. Thanks for your recommendations, as you can see some of them have been quite helpful. (I still buy Spanx AE garments instead of these knock offs …. many reasons for doing so.)

I think it would be helpful if you tell your subscribers that when they get to the LTK app, that they should use the search engine to find you. And then I either type in your name or your UA-cam channel name. And you come up. Then they can follow you on the app. And then when they open the app all of the people they want to follow always pops up right away. It seems like comments sense but for those who don't use apps regularly it might help. I was trying to explain this to a freind and she didn't even know what a search engine was. I think I like “viewers favorites” instead of “fan favorites.” I also have bought quite a bit of BRF clothes, some shoes and accessories, etc. I have 2 pairs of those tencel jogger pants. Have yet to wear them this year and only wore once or twice since buying them. I’m more of a jean person, but I did dress the tencel pants up with a nice top for date nights.

Love the Spanx inspired pieces, the length of the pants is far too short for the 5’9” crowd. So, Spanx it is.
“Cathy Over 50” did a video of caring for Spanks pieces. It makes me less afraid to incorporate these into my wardrobe. I’d hate stuff to pill.

Ok, so I washed the O.N. linen. I no longer think it’s better than Caslon. But it’s not bad for the price!
Cool cardigan: get yourself a 100% rayon, viscose or modal cardigan. Cool, silky and luxurious. Wash cold, hang or flat dry. So breathable and cooler than cotton.

Do you just go to your page and click through the pictures? I see people putting to view in 'stories' - where is that? What is that?? I'll admit it... I'm stumped. Thanks for holding our hands. :)
Happy to help, but for how to use Instagram, I would recommend searching UA-cam. There are already some really well done videos showing you how to do Instagram 101 and I think you would get a lot out of that!

Hooray for full length jeans. As a tall lady,I can't love crop jeans. Picture never having pants actually be long enough as a kid and teen. Always ankles showing.
