also u can make grilled mushrooms for sanity its p good for starters u can find mushrooms around the map
the reason ur sanity didnt come back is bc the area u were in was very poluted the numbers on your backpack show the % of polution later in the game u can make a drink that prevents u from loosing any sanity for a limited time its p long tho u would forget u used it until it ran out and ur half health again lol but there is rly so much to this game to the point if u rly want to get far or improve alot u would have to grind an unhealthy amount

dont kill the umbrella lady too fast proceeds to instantly kill her? "y didnt it count" u need to let her damage u or something let her go threw 1 phase and it will count
