      NorT, I prefer for learnings to be 15 seconds or less, so specific learnings are important, but not too much detail! Great question!!

    Hi Jeff, another great video, thank you. Just finalising my notes and just to confirm CFAS covers GCA questions and STAR will cover past experiences?

      Clark, the CFAS should be used for hypothetical questions, this is any how, what, I want you to imagine question that does not ask for a specific example from your past. And the STAR Method should be used for any question that asks you to provide an example from your past.
