This sounds a lot like a song played at my great grandma's funeral. I think this actually was. I loved her, and I'm glad I got to know her. She was alive for a very long time, and was very nice. I miss her, but I am happy she no longer suffers, and she is with God. That mends my heart in the place that was torn when she died.
