- God wants to renew our hearts and bring about balance in our lives. We serve a God of balance, and since God created humanity in His image, we are obliged by Him to obtain the same trait. The balance God enjoined believers to possess necessitates the keenness of both a lion and a lamb. Once we achieve that level of stability, we will actualize our maturation and become more competent in every facet of life. Without balance, we suffer. So, with an open heart, we must seek God's direction on how to achieve that sense of harmony. Only then, with our hearts open to God, will He renew our hearts and bless us with balance.

Ever since i started listening to Bishop td jakes my life has changed for the best THANK GOD
Sometimes God don't give you something because He THINKS He is it.
Some people are all strength and no compassion. Some people are all compassion and no strength. We need a balance we should be praying for God to balance us in this. I'm not nothing, I'm not nobody, I'm not too old. God still has something for me, and I'm getting myself ready to meet it. I'm dancing 💃 on the grave of depression, suicidal thoughts, and any spirit that said I was nothing.

I identify with Samuel crying. I cry every time and asks God to have mercy but I still say what I have to say. Lord let me be BALANCED!

I am 57 years old and feel pain like everyone does on all levels. I wished I had heard this sermon 45 years ago. I have never heard anyone talk to me like TD Jake’s has. My heart has been searching for someone who could speak my language. My thoughts are everywhere right now. I wish TD Jake’s would come to Mobile, Alabama and preach this exact sermon again. This was for me. Through many cycles of domestic abuse I came full circle and saw it started with my family. After going limited contact with family I was brought here and the book I was stuck on writing is now flowing. I did alot of growth to break the cycles then bam it smacked me in the face to who my parents are, I felt like running but God wouldn't let me. He told me to stand. Walk and master myself. It took ten years of research and self help since I became aware of narcissism to break the cycle and see it in my family.
