2:20 is still the greatest metalcore breakdown ever written. There have been some that came close, but this one still holds the crown for sure.

Hey guys! Thanks for all the great feedback on the video! The reason the strings and drumsticks look odd in some shots has to do with the shutter speed we shot the video with. It gave an interesting effect to the strings and made them look floppy/loose. Thanks for asking and thanks for all the great support!

its actually the speed of the video picture frames... its slowed down to make the strings look epic, and like they are moving like crazy, there are several bands that use this for effect in their videos

This still slaps so hard
we are both right, low drop tunings intensify the effect because the string move much more than with a higher tuning. but there are a lot of low tuned bands out there where you can not see the effect. so the main reason are the camera settings.
