Seems a lovely place to visit but how disappointing for you as a fan to have to wait so long on your order. Puts me off right away. I hope they do watch your video as someone needs to express their good or bad experience there so they could improve but sadly they don’t seem to care. I definitely would have made a complaint in the store. So rude not recognising your email.
On the other hand you enjoyed most of your experience there but really I think it’s not good enough especially when you made the long journey to be there. Thanks for sharing ❤💕

Completely agree about the customer service, I think they could have done a little something extra because of your patience and experience ❤x I think sometimes there is a disconnect between how brands present themselves and their values and how they actually treat someone, I don’t really think there’s an excuse for ignoring people as someone who’s worked in retail myself I would have alerted a manager / senior person to see if they can do anything for you x
Let’s hope it’s maybe because it’s all brand new, and they will get into the swing of it soon but I’m sorry you experienced it.
Yes that’s true it is all new so hopefully that was the case 😊 it was just incredibly frustrating when people weren’t communicating between each other then also with us, and the packing/warehouse was meter’s away from us! As said, it’s all in the detail and just making us feel assured it’s being dealt with x

I love bath and body works very hard to get hold of in ireland 🇮🇪 very expensive in euros too, no coupons or vouchers either. Loved your vlog I want to go Manchester too I'm from UK Derby when I next visit I might drop by to Trafford centre not been In ages. Love all your shopping vlogs especially make up, tioletries, footwear and clothes.
I think this was the best video and you littlery showed everything I wanted to see. I'm so glad you mentioned the wait so I will see if I can purchase something when I get there instead of click and collect. I just want to experience it first and then hopefully take my friends. the food did look really nice, but I seen lots of nice food it's nice just to experience it for yourself, I'm a sort of person doesn't like a wrong milk shake but then like you said it is what it is they do seem to be so busy as they have to do catering as well so it is a lot and then the shop but I met paig and she is so lovely so after seeing your video I hope I can get in, and hav a bite and a look into the shop if I do manage to get in, then it will be nice as im off on holiday so thought I'd finsih it off by going to visit here in a couple if days, I am going solo first and just spend a quick hour and then if I experience a pleasant time I will go with friends after. her products however are worth it as you will use them and they are really nice. I love plouise so much but it’s so hard dealing with customer service, they never follow it up with their managers and it’s so upsetting to see issues not being resolved!

Hi sweetie glad you had nice tie yes we get rewards back to from bath body works nd white barn in the states and yes t your right they always have sales i never buy anything full price I don’t buy candles they often i but mine at ya Lee. Candle store. But always wait for sales then spend a fortune when w ease hoe in a few weeks I’ll will be in primark for the first time. I’m a Disney nerd i have a disney room so ill have a great tie in there those goodies look amazing love your videos especially home bargains and band m. I’m so sorry you had a bad experience. I live in Japan and they bend over backwards to help you if there is any problem. Every time I visit family in the UK I feel like people care less about what they do anymore which is wrong. I work in retail and even foreign visitors I will get out my google translate to help the customer.
You should not have to put up with this in this day and age. I am like you I am a people pleaser I have even dropped items off at the customers hotel if the sale was too big.

Personally, I tend not to have high hopes or expectations thesedays, so then im less likely to be disappointed 😏😆 If i went, I'd literally go for the food and drinks & im far from stingey but deffo wouldn't be paying £15 for a sandwich..on it's own 🩷
