@@jessejex When you see the mini gun logo appearing on your character it means that it is activated and you can keep firing and it will not consume ammo, same for throwing weapons which should be usables. Only when in rambo effect tho, need to be level 5 rambo for it to work.

if you choose to spare the pumpkin, then remember never eat them before the Lamb, otherwise you will have to hit 700 hp

What does the Rambo perk do? Will I run out of throwing weapons?
Allows you to keep firing without using your ammo for a while, throwing weapon as in usable? No it won't.
