Only if the Philippine government supports PPOP the way Korea does, PPOP can rival KPOP in all forms, I myself was a KPOP fan for 14 years and when PPOP groups emerged, I used to call them names like wannabes, copy cats etc. but I discovered that there is beauty in our Philippine culture, thank you ALAMAT for telling me that I am a FILIPINO and proudly supports our music and culture!

What Jao said in 3:42 is so accurate for me. The first time I discovered them I was immediately impressed by their concept and music. As a fan, araw-araw the more I dive deeper sa contents and music nila, patuloy akong humahanga at natututo.
As a GenZ in the digital na hindi masyadong maalam tungkol sa history ng Pilipinas at kultura nito, I felt seen when I discovered them. Makikita talaga natin ang kagandahan ng Pilipinas kapag hanapin natin ito.
The concept and mission of ALAMAT is so fascinating. A PPOP group -something that the newer generations (like me) are so hyped up with- promoting and presenting Filipino cultures and traditions with a modern and timely touch is a breath of fresh air.

Exactly the reason why I became a fan of Alamat. Apart from the talents, it was really the mission kasi ang unanag napanood ko rin naman talaga sa kanila ay yung concept teaser. Wala pa talaga akong kaalam alam na may boy group na binubuo na ganito ang goal, na-curious lang talaga ako sa thumbnail at title ng video na yun tapos nung napanood ko, ibang klaseng feeling yung naramdaman ko na something ignited within me and at the end of the video, sabi ko talaga this is it sobra! Kasi isa ito sa mga naiimagine ko lang oh napapaisip ako minsan na bakit sa pinas ang hirap mag-coexist ng past, present, at future just like other asian countries japan, korea, china na talagang deeply rooted pa rin ang culture sa kabila ng modernity. With alamat's mission, hindi yun nagiging imposible at mas na-oopen ako, tayo, sa mga bagay tungkol sating diverse culture dito sa pinas na karamihan pa ay di natin natutuhan sa school. Kaya sobrang laking pasasalamat ko talaga sa grupo na ito at sa mga tao sa likod nito esp direk jpl. Kudos sa inyong lahat sa hardwork to make this work. Deserve niyo po lahat ng success at sobrang naappreciate ko na nakastick kayo sa core niyo. I don't think it's the end. On the contrary, I think they're trying to renew interest in the IsaPuso album given the surge of new listeners. They haven't given the album enough push and the boys tend to forget to promote it during outings, often focusing only on the singles that are out.
IsaPuso has been on digital platforms for 6-7 months and some fans are still hoping and waiting for the release of a physical album. The management probably didn't expect Dayang to garner interest but it did, so hopefully more people get to discover and appreciate the album before we move on to another one.
