If you like Stray Kids stuff now you HAVE to listen to Awaken. They tried out a sound that was incredibly metal sounding, no, it was metal. You'd love it!
Yeah, they write and produce their own stuff, but it's mainly 3RACHA (Bang Chan, Changbin and Han). 1:49 That's Han! He's actually the main rapper in the group alongside Changbin lol he's crazy talented 2:40 Is also him The guy that reminded you of J-Hope is Hyunjin Also, the main vocalist of the group, Woojin, recently left for personal reasons.
Actually hellevator is abt depression, they talk abt a lot of things in their songs, like anxiety or identity confusion and they Wright and produce by themselves
Hellevator is actually about a lot of things, not just depression. It's also about the struggles they're going through to reach their dreams, etc. They tell us what it's about on the survival show but i don't remember every detail of what they said right now lol
I love that you mentioned the great production. As far as I know, the whole musical side of things, is in the hand of the group, so lyrics and production are all coming straight from them. In this case I'm 99% sure, that Chan (the leader) is the one that is the main producer on these tracks. Secondly, I can totally relate to the going on autopilot thing you mentioned. My dad died recently and I've been on autopilot ever since. Your health and mental health should always come first, so please take care of yourself. If you need to take breaks, then do that. Thank you for opening up about your recent struggles, I know that couldn't have been easy but being able to talk about it does help. Many Stray Kids songs talk about mental health issues, which is one of the reasons I'm sure it resonated with you. The leader of Stray Kids, Bang Chan (aka Chris) produces all of their songs. He, along with Han Jisung (aka Han) and Changbin - two of the rappers that have caught your attention are responsible for the lyrics. They're a very talented group. I'd love to see you react to My Pace and Voices. I hope you start feeling better, we'll be here whenever you can get here.
yes, my pace and voices helps me fend off the nagging voices in my own head and the insecurity that comes from seeing what other people accomplished compared to me. i feel like stray kids songs is so relatable, especially in hard times.
the thing about hellevator is that it’s completely, 100% them. it was a mission on their predebut survival show that they need to write, produce and choreograph their own song and thus hellevator was born.
im sorry you've been in a bad place lately, im really glad stray kids could make you feel a little bit better though. and i totally get what you mean by the autopilot thing, i feel like thats been my life constantly with my depression and anxiety for a while now, and stray kids are one of the few things that actually make me smile when im feeling like this. they do write their own lyrics and produce their own music. they talk a lot about depression/anxiety/mental health in their music because they want to represent their generation and the struggles we go through, and want people to find comfort in their music. i hope you continue reacting to them in the future because i think you'll really like them! i recommend their song M.I.A, its about losing your true self to mental illness. the way its written is pretty clever, its written to sound like theyre confronting another person, but they're actually talking to themselves.
Thank you for reacting to my Boi’s. 🤓🤪😎💙🇦🇺 Straykids have saved a lot of lives, straight up. Voices, Mirror, YaYaYa, Awaken. Producer you were admiring is the leader of the group, Aussie boi Chris Bang/Bang Chan. And the lyrics by Changbin, Jisung and Chris=3racha... Take care of you, Mate. We aren’t going anywhere. You come first. 💙🦋💙
Respect for opening up about your struggles! I've had really rough times as well and honestly some Stray Kids songs really helped me a lot.. I recommend you to listen to their songs : Voices, Mirror, Insomnia and Mixtape #3.. these are some of my favorites that I think can really speak to your soul. Their songs usually classify into one of these two categories : -Either they hype you up a lot/ have that aggressive energy like District 9, Victory song, Miroh, Boxer, Grrr, Double knot ect -Or they get deep/emotional/introspective.. and this is personally my favorite category because they can be so relatable or just give you that reassurance you need sometimes that you're not the only one feeling that way and this is shown in soo many of their songs (Helevator, Voices, Mirror, Grow up, Chronosaurus, M.I.A ... the list is long and all of them are so worth listening to) -Or they have that fluffy/relaxing vibes which is really good to listen to and it usually puts you in a great mood. Songs like Get Cool (starting my day with this literally make me feel happy with no reason), Awkward silence, Mixtape #1... and more So yeah as you can see they have many different vibes, they have one of the best rap lines in kpop but they also have amazing vocalists (that don't get to shine enough in my opinion), mostly all of them can both sing AND rap, they produce and write their own songs (usually by the sub unit 3racha which consists of the leader and two of the main rappers, or in some songs all of them participate in writing the lyrics). They're extremely talented and I hope we'll get to see you react to more from them in the future ! Thanks!
Thanks to my job (retail) i get heavy anxiety and escape it with the help of kpop. I'm a recent fan of your channel and i would like to say thank you. Thank you for opening up about your emotions and thank you for continuing this channel💝
Its funny that Hyunjin reminds you of Jhope because they're both dancers that were told to rap by their company and ended up getting into it. His rap in Mixtape #1 is amazing!
Happy to see you're back! Take things at your own pace; it can be hard to find the right balance between doing enough to prevent yourself from going on autopilot while also not pushing yourself into too much where you're always on the go and can't recharge your batteries or reflect on if what you're doing is meaningful to you - it's an ongoing struggle
They wrote and composed da whole song by themselves they are a self producing group they are also formed by their leader Mr. Christopher Bang Chan even JYP said they do everything themselves so they are different from their other idols
So glad to see you back!! Thanks for the reaction! Fans are still really sad about the news on Woojin leaving the group, but it's really good to see you getting to Stray Kids. Also, thanks for the meaningful talk in the end! It really hits home. Hope to see more from you, but always take care first! 💜☂️
They do write their own lyrics! They write and produce all their songs! I loved your reaction so much your stray kids reactions are my faves! My ult group i'm so glad you really enjoy their songs and that you read their lyrics! They write about so many important topics, they're so talented and they really wanna spread a message with their music. I really needed what you said about the auto-pilot thing. I've been feeling that way for a long time too and I'm trying to get out of it. Thank you for sharing your struggles and your advice. Take a break whenever you need to, we'll always be here!
Hey, I'm watching this video almost two years late, but I just wanted to say thank you. Your speech at the end about being on auto pilot and trying to just ride it out when what you really need is a nudge was incredibly relevant and necessary for me to hear right now. So thanks. Appreciate it man, and I really love your reactions.
yes, both of these songs are written by their producing line called 3racha (chan, changbin, han). they are involved in every song by skz :) btw, district 9 was their debut song and hellevator was predebut
Autopilot is real. I feel your struggle. We all struggle. But oddly enough K-pop really kind of helps. As for Stray Kids, they hold a special place in my heart. But my favorite moment would have to be when Chan reacted to Lee So Ra's Song Request ft. Suga. I love Chan's reactions to music.
I miss your reactions so much! I actually had yet to start listening to stray kids, and now that a member has left i feel like i missed out in so much 😞 thanks for the reaction!!!
I'm sure other people have said this, but yeah, they write and produce their own music. Hellevator is actually a predebut song and District 9 was their official debut. They always write about their struggles and personal feelings. They were 17-21 when they debuted so their lyrics tend to be very relatable for anyone around that age. Theyre also ridiculously talented for how young they are
I am so glad you felt Better even if it was slightly after listening to SKZ. That is their goal! They want to give energy and good vibes to the fans. That they can talk to us and be there for us! Thank you for talking about your thoughts! Sometimes it takes a lot of courage to even accept it, so kudos to you!! SKZ debuted with 9 members, but last Monday a member left the group due to personal reasons. And he was the guy who was singing in the falsetto in Hellevator. I am sure someone already may have commented the whole background about the group, but just in case, they produce, compose and write all of their songs. They do have some producers they work with sometimes, but they are the core team. 3Racha -Chan, Jisung and Changbin are the members who produce all their songs. They were a pre debut rap /hip hop crew so you can check out their music too if you want!!😊SKZ have a lot of street version videos so you can watch them if you feel down, they just brighten the mood 10x. Thanks for the reaction! And I will say, I did miss your reactions. However please don’t feel burdened to do them! You do them if you want to, not because you have to! Hope you feel much better in the future!!😊
Please don’t stop reacting! The struggle is real, the feelings of just let things go and no actually live is real. But don’t let this take the best of you. The only way to go out of this is live! Put yourself out there, as u say, change! Do something, go out of your comfort zone and challenge yourself. This can sound really soppy but it’s true I hope you feel better soon. Just believe me, as psychologist, the longer you “let” yourself be down, longer and hard will be to get out of that mental state. Fight against it, find something that can take you out of that zone. I hope that would help, I think you got the strength to do this on your own, but if you feel that it’s too harsh, just ask for a pro help, it really can make a difference And if you want more deep SKZ songs PLEASE react to VOICES. THE LYRICS ARE JUST ART!! And can really help too
The producer is themselves 👀 3racha they call themselves is 3 members of the group, chan changbin and han, they have so far helped produce every track of their discography!
Yep...autopilot...as someone who has a chronic illness I completely understand autopilot and K-Pop has helped me too. Music is a wonderful medicine. Thanks for sharing.
They have three main dancers in the group and them along with the other members work together with a choreographer to create their dances! and also 3RACHA (Chan,Han and Changbin) make and produce allllll of their songs so all lyrics are written by them which is amazing!
AAAHHHHH YOU'RE BACK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! EDIT: Please react to Hinapia's Drip, they are a brand new girl group they debuted today. Four of the five were in a group called Pristin. Their company royally fucked up. You can react to Pristin too if you want to get an idea of where the four came from. Anyway, so glad you are feeling better. We are all here for ya!
Stray Kids are just.... That group. They're the next BTS in my opinion. And not to say they're the same musically (although they have a trio of self-writing rappers at the center of their production), but moreso that they have this connection with their fans through the metric fuckload of content they put out and through relatable lyrics where the listener can connect. There isn't a bad Stray Kids song. Just pick one and listen to it. They're unbelievably talented. I personally recommend My Pace (one of my favorite songs I kpop), Voices, Mirror, Miroh, Side Effects (this song reminded me stylistically of Linkin Park's A Thousand Suns album), Grrr, Young Wings, I Am You. Oh man seriously I saw them in Newark and they're just so awesome. They have veteran stage presence despite being a sophomore group. Hellevator was a pre-debut release on their EP Mixtape. They were part of a survival show because the leader, Chan, basically told JYP "I have these 8 other trainees and we think we're ready to debut" and JYP said "Aight, bet." And D9 was their debut song. It's definitely against haters, but moreso the people who push their generation down. They're basically saying "we're starting a movement and fuck those that always try to stop us. Get out, this is our district now."
Stray Kids used to have 9 members but now they have 8 members. And that one member who's name is Woojin he's the Vocalist and his voice is rlly beautiful.
Thanks so much for your reaction, and for being so candid about mental health. Stray Kids themselves are very candid about that in their music as well, which is entirely self-produced by their production trio (and badass rap line) 3racha. If you get a chance, check out Matryoshka, Start Line, and Zone by 3racha if you haven't already. You won't be disappointed.
I usally wouldn't say this, but I have actually missed your videos so I've been checking your channel to see if UA-cam wasn't notificating me your videos.
I just wanna say, I feel everything you’ve been talking about when it comes to your personal struggles. That’s how I’ve been the past couple of weeks, but I’m finally coming out of it. Like you said, I went on autopilot (and I didn’t realize it) and it took a few events in my life to get me out of it. I’m glad that watching these two videos helped you out even a little, because that’s what they did for me as well. If you like the emotional quality of “Hellevator” I’d recommend you check out their songs “Voices” and “Insomnia” and the music video that comes with both of them because both of those are ones that really deal with struggles. As for something a little harder, someone said but “Awaken” and “Rock” are the two I’d recommend as well. Even if you don’t react to them I hope you check them out because those are all songs that have helped me out and I hope they do the same for you. Sending lots of love and positive vibes your way. ❤️
I LOVE Stray kids: Hellevator! It goes off! 😎🤘😎... District 9 goes off too and I like that song too...but man HELLEVATOR is rad! Don't know why I like it a Tad more, cause District 9 is pretty much right on it's coat tails and the song you just want to go buck wild too...But I don't know, I feel like going wild to Hellevator too...I dig that song title and I could see myself going on a Hellevator...Like the Haunted Elevator at Disneyland. 🤣 😎😎😎...And yeah, those lyrics are deep as well!...Also that sound the song makes in between the lyrics 🎤I'M ON A HELLEVATOR...HELLEVATOR AHH AHH!🎤 and then the beat drops at the same time, just gets me hyped...Maybe also cause it was the first Stray Kids song I saw that got me to like them and put them on my K-Pop list...I'm a singer and dancer and K-Pop is good for all that, vocals and choreography and good looking people...Even though I prefer rock and alternative...I can jam to good music if it's good. 😎🤘😎 Stray Kids are pretty cool! 😎 When they first started out with their more rock sound!...Primo! 👌...They are good now too, but when they first started out 👌... 0:10...Sooo, essentially you are saying you were in Stray Kids: Gods Menu video! Cool! 🤣🥋
yessss!!!they write their own stuff, produce and also make some choreo♥ thanks for the reaction♥ please react to stray kids "voices" and "chronosaurus" to see even more sides of them! Mixtape 4 is also a must!! And A.c.e "Savage" they just had a comeback and people still sleep on them even though they are amazingly talented!! but most of all, take some time. do you. i know the autopilot feeling all too well, and no one will run away when you take some time. (youre gonna notice stray kids lyrics are hella relateble and amazing. cant wait for more reactions to them from you)
Good to see you back. I am a BTS guy with a soft spot for Stray Kids so this was nice. Something new and trending now is Jessi "Drip" with Jay Park. She is a definite wild one so maybe her wildness will help you reset your batteries. "Who Dat B" by Jessi is amazing and while I love both, I may like it better to show off Jessi as J Park 's rap in "Drip" to me takes a very good song and makes it way hotter. Both mv's are way cool.
Thanks for the double feature reaction 💜 I have been missing you and wondering I was missing your notifications. Thanks so much for sharing your comments about depression/being on auto pilot. BTS has been crucial for me, and they make me want to MOVE, besides all the great music and lyrics that go directly to my soul. I so appreciate your reaction to SKZ because I keep hearing that they do the same thing (that BTS does for me) for so many others. Their sound hasn't quite grabbed me, but I'll check out the lyrics and the suggestions others have given you. Be good to you & Love Yourself 💜 Keep going 😁🤗
Stray Kids write and compose their own music (3RACHA consisting of Chan, Jisung, and Changbin). They're truly something else -- they say their main goal is to spread good energy and bring comfort and motivation to their listeners. Although you've pointed out their amazing rap line, as many others have said they can all sing quite well too. If you look into their latest release Levanter, it's 99% vocals with all members taking part. Thank you for supporting Stray Kids! I hope you'll react to Voices sometime if you resonate with their lyrics :)
You should listen to: "Voices" - which is also a great song about not listening to your inner voices, that may be insecurity etc. "Chronosaurus" - About not having enough time "Awaken" - a great song that, as others have said, is quite rock/metal like "Mirror" - identity crisis, basically Most of the SKZ songs are about identity, insecurity, anxiety etc., with some happy ones in between, so listen to them all in your own time (doesn't have to be reactions, just enjoy them yourself) :)
Oh, and "Side Effects" as well, it's about the side effects of decisions and anxiety, which they make seem like being side effects of drugs. And "TMT" has a happy sound, but is also quite serious, from the same album "Yellow Wood"
I'm sure you've gotten this comment before but Stray Kids actually write their own lyrics and produce their own songs. Sometimes they collab with song writers and stuff but most of the time everything you hear from them are made by them.
"sounds more chill" *starts into the rap part*

Thank you for those words at the end, i really needed to hear things like this and thank you for reacting to them ♡^^
Please don’t stop reacting! The struggle is real, the feelings of just let things go and no actually live is real. But don’t let this take the best of you. The only way to go out of this is live! Put yourself out there, as u say, change! Do something, go out of your comfort zone and challenge yourself. This can sound really soppy but it’s true
I hope you feel better soon. Just believe me, as psychologist, the longer you “let” yourself be down, longer and hard will be to get out of that mental state. Fight against it, find something that can take you out of that zone.
I hope that would help, I think you got the strength to do this on your own, but if you feel that it’s too harsh, just ask for a pro help, it really can make a difference
And if you want more deep SKZ songs PLEASE react to VOICES. THE LYRICS ARE JUST ART!! And can really help too
The producer is themselves 👀 3racha they call themselves is 3 members of the group, chan changbin and han, they have so far helped produce every track of their discography!
Please react to Stray Kids "Voices". It has great lyrics too, even though it is not a title track.
I really believe you should try listening to A.C.E and Sonamoo. A.C.E just dropped Savage and it's so fire.
Yep...autopilot...as someone who has a chronic illness I completely understand autopilot and K-Pop has helped me too. Music is a wonderful medicine. Thanks for sharing.
Self produced...talented group of very young guys, big future.
They have three main dancers in the group and them along with the other members work together with a choreographer to create their dances! and also 3RACHA (Chan,Han and Changbin) make and produce allllll of their songs so all lyrics are written by them which is amazing!
The main producer of the group is Bang chan ... 3racha(bangchan, han , changbin) write the lyrics for every stray kids song
Straykids have really good musical discography i recomend you start from the mixtape and go on to album i am what, who, you etc... all tracks are fire
Omg you're alive!!!!
Saw them live a couple weeks ago and they were so good.
We are all here for ya!
they produce and write their own songs and they're so talented like??? for me they really are the best group out there
Good to see you back!
They made Hellevator like in a week without been a debuted group
Thanks for this 💜 I always hear good things about SKZ, but their sound just hadn't grabbed me. I'll keep checking them out with your suggestions 💜
You won't be disappointed.
they write and produce their own songs!!
3racha (producing unit of skz composed of Chan, Changbin and Han) they are their own lyricist, composer and arranger
Stray Kids are pretty cool! 😎 When they first started out with their more rock sound!...Primo! 👌...They are good now too, but when they first started out 👌...
0:10...Sooo, essentially you are saying you were in Stray Kids: Gods Menu video! Cool! 🤣🥋
yessss!!!they write their own stuff, produce and also make some choreo♥ thanks for the reaction♥
please react to stray kids "voices" and "chronosaurus" to see even more sides of them! Mixtape 4 is also a must!!
And A.c.e "Savage" they just had a comeback and people still sleep on them even though they are amazingly talented!!
but most of all, take some time. do you. i know the autopilot feeling all too well, and no one will run away when you take some time. (youre gonna notice stray kids lyrics are hella relateble and amazing. cant wait for more reactions to them from you)
Yasssss so glad you reacted to these. Stray Kids is my fave group after BTS. I'm so blown away by how talented these guys are.
Gosh I'll miss woojin so much...
Update I don't.
Not anymore HAH
@@irahngio nope I rly don't lol
Listen to Levanter if you appreciate a falsetto 🙌🏻
In case you still don’t know, they produce themselves !
Meaning, tracks, melodies, and lyrics.
Finallllyyyyyy , thought it would never come out 😂
When you said they're like a super group I couldn't agree more
They write and produce their own songsss you should check them out more! Their lyrics are all 🔥
Yessss they write their own lyrics
We love you!
I was just listening to stray kids then your video popped up and I was like: "are you stalking me 😜"
Sounds like you're coming out of that vicious cycle 👍 District 9 is cool.
You should listen to:
"Voices" - which is also a great song about not listening to your inner voices, that may be insecurity etc.
"Chronosaurus" - About not having enough time
"Awaken" - a great song that, as others have said, is quite rock/metal like
"Mirror" - identity crisis, basically
Most of the SKZ songs are about identity, insecurity, anxiety etc., with some happy ones in between, so listen to them all in your own time (doesn't have to be reactions, just enjoy them yourself) :)
Oh, and "Side Effects" as well, it's about the side effects of decisions and anxiety, which they make seem like being side effects of drugs. And "TMT" has a happy sound, but is also quite serious, from the same album "Yellow Wood"
Hellevator
Hey totally different with double knot. Its a little bit chill
Meanwhile changbean out of darkest nowhere: hello bro
Please check the captions of those songs i mean they write and produce their music alone, every song has a meaning behind
I'm sure you've gotten this comment before but Stray Kids actually write their own lyrics and produce their own songs. Sometimes they collab with song writers and stuff but most of the time everything you hear from them are made by them.
If I could like twice I would. One for the Bray Wyatt clip and one for the reaction it's self. 👌👌🇧🇧🇧🇧
hyunjin and jhope i feel are very similar rapping and dance wise, and i think its why they're both my biases
The first youtuber who didn’t mention FELIX’s deep voice
8:35 my heart is filled with pride
You need to react to MAZE OF MEMORIES ~they all rapping
