This song,by Jungkook,was written for an OST.The Japanese film was about a love story between a couple ,one of whom was becoming blind.That's why there are so many mentions of darkness,colour,eyes.It's beautiful.

I first saw the Turkish version of this film, which is a romantic drama about a blind woman and a prize fighter. In order to pay for surgery to cure her blindness, the fighter takes on an extremely dangerous fight and is beaten nearly to death after the fight. He (partially?) loses his own sight and is badly disabled, yet the two are able to find each other in the end.
When you hear Jimin you get a look on your face that’s amazing. It’s like he pulls your soul out through your smile.

V & Jin always shine more in their Japanese songs... 😍
If you struggle with their facial features, you'll be able to tell them apart form their voices, they have very different tones. Jk's is sweet and breathy, Jin's is stronger, a bit more nasal and as you have already noticed he often goes for belting vocals.
Also V is a soulful baritone. When he sings in the higher part of his range, he sounds very rich.
And Jimin's voice has a vulnerable ring to it and his unique "squeek" at the end. 💜

My God Jimin's voice man. 💜💗
"Your eyes tell" is a moody gorgeous song written by Jungkook and its composition is like nothing else in their discography. It´s quite unique, it has no beat, but it flows endlessly, smoothly, gently, enveloping listeners in a cocoon of delightful sadness if that´s even possible. Rapping parts are absolutely spot on too.
For some reason, Jin, although a great vocalist overall, always somehow shines extra much in their Japanese releases. I love his silvery tinge that is powerful but never shout-y or "labored out". I can´t not to marvel over how silky and gentle Jungkook´s and Tae´s delivery is in this song, it just shows how sensitive and perceptive to the nature of the material they are. Jimin´s high notes are very pleasing too.

I wonder what you will say after you have known them longer and listened to more of their songs, lol. When it comes to voice recognition, I think they are very unique but at some positions can and will sound similar.
Tae is very distinctive with his naturally very low, husky baritone voice but can paradoxically sound almost identical to Jungkook when hitting super high notes. Jin is the one with the strongest nasal tone and signature belt but can also sound at times like Jungkook when going super high. Jimin is a chapter of its own, he owns a very unique instrument that makes him sound like a young child, with yawn-y thinness to it ( in my ears at least ) which is extraordinary and unusual for an adult man and most of musical professionals pick on that quality immediately. I would guess he uses the same singing technique as Rosé from Blackpink or GD of Big Bang , because they all have very similar quality to their voices. Jungkook then, is the most breathy and emotionally engaging ( again in my own ears) and when he slides to that position where you don´t know if it´s his mix or head where his voice shines the most, he sounds like nobody else in the whole of Kpop - very poppy, ultra clear, ultra smooth, ultra steady and ridiculously effortless.
Rappers are more simple, lol. NOBODY sounds like Joonie, he is just him. When it comes to Hobi and Suga, I always say that on some tracks Hobi can sound identical to Suga but Suga never sounds like Hobi, if that even makes sense.

BTS vocalists are all exceptional. I love them all but my fav is V (Taehyung). He has the largest vocal range. Jin has such a light falsetto. Jimin has the highest, lighest voice being a true tenor. And JK is mega talented and well trained. He has such a strong voice and he has amazing technique. All of them are amazing.

I love the way you pay attention to their vocals in detail as well as making the effort to read the lyrics.
Jin can easily go from chest voice to head voice. And yes he's the one who belts it out and is powerful. But if you listen to his solos I would say he has a honey dripping voice with so much emotion.
Jungkook has a pure and breathy voice that makes me feel like I'm floating in the air. And his adlibs are amazing.
Jimin has an angelic voice that is soooo sweeeet like candy.
V - deep and soulful but can also hit the high notes.
This is the way I recognize their vocals.
When the vocal line get together with the rap line BTS is in their own world.
"So far away" is a really beautiful song with Suga pouring his heart out and Jin & Jungkook sounding so angelic.

Crystal Snow is another amazing Japanese song by BTS and amazing triple note by Jin.
I just want to shout out that Jin learned to sing at an old age so he has less experience singing than the other members but yet his vocals are fire. He has been improving himself over the years, in Korea, he's known as the Silver voice because of his belting and high notes he has in his chest voice. I love all of the members I can't choose who is better all of them are amazing and I believe there wouldn't be no BTS without a member missing. Even tho I'm not a singer I do recognize them by their voice, even when they are singing in-studio versions and have different sound effects I can tell them apart.
The lyrics are in Japanese. :) Japan did a remake of a Korean movie and JK's song was picked to be the OST. He rewrote it from Korean to Japanese and for all seven of them to sing instead of just himself.

3:59 quick way to tell Suga and Jhope apart is that Suga always has a lot of different ear piercings, while JHope has NEVER had his ears pierced (and only rarely he wears clip on earings)
They have a good number of Japanese songs similar to this one. This was originally a song written by JK for a mix tape some time in the future. JK rewrote it to better fit the story line of the movie. They also did another OST for a movie. The song is also Japanese and called "Film Out" and the movie is for a series called "Signal". Honestly, for me, I have a decent ear, so I use their vocals more than their faces to tell them apart. Between their hair, accessories and having their faces mostly covered by the mics, like in this video, it can be really difficult to tell them apart by their faces. Their voices, however, don't change nearly as often.
BTS's lyrics and MV's are in general very deep and meaningful, so if you ever have the feeling you can't figure it out, you can be almost certain that there'll be an explanation video (for example for Spring day, Blood sweat and tears, Baepsae, Ddaeng, Ugh, Idol, to name just a few).
This song was written and composed by Jungkook for a romantic Japanese drama of the same name. Jungkook's writing is so underrated...He hasn't written as many songs as the rap-line but anytime he writes lyrics, he puts his whole emotion and soul in his lyrics. His song "Still With You" is an example of his beautiful lyricism. Jin shines the most in their Japanese tracks. If in the future there are any BTS songs you don't understand the meaning of, I suggest the youtube channels: "DKDKTV", "xCeleste" and "Bookish Theories", they will explain either the symbolism of the music video or/and the lyrical content of the song. All their non-English songs have deeper lyrics than what's on the surface, and they always blow my mind.

One of my favorites is “let go” live….it’s a beautiful Japanese song with gorgeous choreo too. Yes, that line that all four of them sing a part ofus my favorite. I just love this song, there is one other live that’s even better IMO.
The real range of the original composition of the song was not this much it was increased bc of JIMIN'S singing. Jimin hit certain notes with his parts of song which sounded so good that they had to raise 2 keys of the composition & rest 3 vocalists had to try real hard to reach the same with their parts. JIMIN is such Bar setting Vocalist ❤😘 gotta love Powerhouse of Talent Park jimin 🤩

This song started as a song made by Jungkook for his (still in the works) solo mixtape. But it seems it was perfect for the movie so it became a BTS song (it's a thing they do 😁). I don't know if we got official info about the lyrics (we usually get the lyricists from the South Korean broadcasting agency, when they dictate if the lyrics are OK for broadcasting, and I haven't seen the ruling for the Japanese album this song is in), but they probably used help with translation by one of their Japanese producers, UTA, who already worked with them in several Japanese songs

The lyrics are in Japanese. Their Japanese songs are just amazing. You should check out Lights. You can tell them apart by their voices for sure. Suga is deeper and gruff than J Hope and no they do not look alike kiki

Loving watching your journey!! Don't worry about mixing the members up, we all did it when we first started stanning them LOL. JK wrote this song and it was meant for his solo mix tape but it was scooped up for a Japanese television drama so he tweaked it just a bit. It's so beautiful, it evokes all the feelings. The way each of the vocal line can flip from mix or head voice to falsetto is really well heard in this song. And the ease of the rap line and how their lines are done so well, aarrrggghhhh it's sooo good!
