Rwanda is into bringing in foreign business where you can get a business license in a day. Hosting these events puts this tiny country on the world map and increases tourism. Yes there might be some improvements needed but compare the development Rwanda has gotten from 30years ago to today. Could you have done more if you were Rwanda?? Rwanda mutuelle is funded by people contribution and even though it is limited in the type of health issues it can actually cover i still would count it as a positive endeavours In the matter of education, our system is very bad, kids are graduating primary with barely being able to write correctly or speak english the few fortunates who are able to get a decent education are subjugated to enormous school fees which contributes to an unbereable high cost of living compared to wages The ease to open business and all being done digitally is another net positive that the government established Now paying high advertisement fees to put travel rwanda on jerseys is bad business as it does not bring in enough revenue to justify the cost of advertisement nor did the worker in the service industry see a big up-stick in their salaries What i would suggest is free markets with less government control and lower taxes.
