NO BAKE STRAWBERRY CHEESECAKE

Crust:
• 2 cups of crushed digestive biscuits
• 50g of melted unsalted butter
Filling:
• 400g cream cheese
• 1 1/2 cups of whipping cream
• 1/2 cup of icing sugar
• 2 tbsp vanilla sugar (or 1 tbsp vanilla flavouring)
• 2 tbsp lemon juice
Sauce:
• 15 diced strawberries (frozen works too!)
• 2 tbsp icing sugar
