Hi Wisteria . Thankyou so much for such useful videos. I have been following you since you got into SIU school as it is my dream school. Fortunately I got an interview invite from school which is in the next week . Can you please guide me with few tips to keep in mind before I attend the interview.

Hi. I tried to incorporate all my tips to the videos. Besides that, my advice would be just relax and try to be the best version of yourself.

If you a US citizen or green card holder, you will get federal loans. If you on a visa, you can get private loans but you need a co-signer. School will assist you in your loan application. There is a video where I explain more about loans in the US.

Thank you for your answer, if I may ask, then how did you get to work? were you a h1b sponsored person or could you please, if you can, explain your immigration process?

Hi, sorry, I just saw your question. I had a green card, I won it in the lottery. It’s harder to immigrate otherwise. The only way is to get directly to school (I mean to Aspid program). Some of my classmates flew to the interview from their country and got accepted. So, don’t give up, it’s very possible. You don’t need to be present in the US and the US experience isn’t a requirement for the application. Best of luck!
