I always felt super anxious and soo depressed after my separation .. its been almost a year, it happened on My birthday , and then it seemed like everything from past traumas came rushing up to destroy me , my mind was my worst enemy . Anyway I wanted to throw in the towel on life because I couldn’t see a way out of all of my pain. I cant find peace, since.. i dont remember when. Everytime she run its take me backward for 2 month or more. All those intrusive thought. 1 minute into listening to this I immediately started crying, like I felt a psychic attack of despair and melancholy. I cried for 5 minutes before I collected myself and returned to work .
