My only recommendation if it’s not in already would be the ability to assassinate one’s own faction leader so you can have a chance at ruling. Kinda like how the Roman’s did it threw out the century’s 😂
Congrats, this is really well thought and made with a lot of care. For your first modding project it is a great achievement. I only wish TW went in such depts with they vanilla system, since stuff like this was always the unused potential of M&B games.

If you not seen the world map of bannerlord in those game files they're huge My second one is to make the factions in this game more like their real-life counterparts like Khuzait being like the Mongols and Turks nomads in our history very interesting culture in customs, and here's a fun fact, but one of them that still goes on in Central Asia Bridal kidnapping😅 yes wouldn't that make some fun missions you're the one doing it or you're the one rescuing the girl being taken but fun fact that's actually how Genghis Khan was born and supposedly his first son but that's really disputed even back then during his son's birth Sorry if my words are not right or are missing a few things I'm autistic

3:27 i think you should allow us to pick targets even without negative relationships. Let the player decide how he plays ;) assassinating allies can come in handy for various reasons like those who get too many fiefs...

If you continue with modding, it would be fantastic to have a "Bannerlord Roleplay Overhaul" mod that includes your mods, such as this, feast mod, and perhaps others you create in the future. I play on console but i like to roleplay as a hassassin anyways XD one hand sword no shield and javelins, light armor that looks cool but makes me weak Its hard but its fun to try to do the ac revelations or ac 3 trailer fights in the battles haha
so are spymasters immortal or do they eventually become replaced by more generic successors due to dying of old age? Eternal spymasters would be pretty immersion breaking imo

Hope there's an option to have one message or the other instead of both on the screen and in the chat. An assassin approaching you for a conversation before attacking/assassinating you doesn't make any sense.
Hey friend, on the messages: Initially I only planned to do those quick messages you see popping up while playing, but sometimes if there's alot of stuff happening (ex. army gets created, relationship in/decrease, quest finished) those messages will pop up only for 1 millisecond, that's why I added chat notifcations aswell, because some beta testers were complaining. The current approach gives the player enough time to prepare for a fight, which I do like. Implementig this in another way is too complex, since you have to convert the tavern scene into a battle scene and that needs alot of coding work and as I said in the video, I'm still pretty much at the beginning of my coding journey. The plan is to change alot of stuff down the road like MCM menu, chances scaling with roguery perk, better system to pick lords since, when you have alot of lords as enemies, you have to search a long time to find the enemy you want. There's still alot of work but I'm content with the mod as it is right now. Once I get a better understanding of the code, all the points I talked about will become more accessible coding wise :-)

Since you mention Shogun 1, including this mod in the Shokuho mod which is based on Sengoku period Japan would be really nice!
