As a canaidian farmer I can tell you this company makes FANTASTIC equipment. Junk Deere balers can't even compete with Mchale. What this man says about the "corporate" world is ABSOLUTELY true. John Deere has to deliver profit to shareholders, and they do this by building their equipment with cheaper components.
