Yes I believe they have the VR46 special edition, any other ones will probably need to check with @blueprintgarage

Any special cleaning instruction to keep the chain color last longer?

Doesn't appear to be, just normal chain cleaning products will be enough, what I know from my other chain (in orange) is that the paint will come off if there is hard contact against metal like tools so if you use metal brush or stuff, try not to scrub the painted surface. The middle rollers themselves are not painted so running over the sprockets is fine, no damage.
